Ed Abdallah State Farm is the ONLY insurance agency I will deal with.
They are even great with car loans! Specifically, Dylan has been professional, courteous, and helpful. He is quick to answer my questions, as silly as they may be & help in any way he can. He has helped me every time I have reached out. Today, I refereed a family member because she was quoted almost double what I pay for camper insurance! She is super happy because Dylan was able to quote her better coverage for less per month! THIS is why I stay with State Farm!

Switched my insurance Feb. 2018. Was with my other insurance for years, State Farm is saving me quite a bit of money. They are all very pleasant in the Liberty office. My agent Eugene Ackerley was very helpful with all my insurance needs and even after I signed up and payed for my policy, He still answered my questions days after with the same pleasant attitude. The owner Ed even came out and introduced himself. I really felt at home and best of all I am saving money!!!!!! Thanks State Farm

I just switched over to State Farm today and saved a ton of money on my car insurance. I went into the Liberty location and met with Eugene. He was a pleasure to speak with, very personable and helped me get the best quote. He encourage to get renters insurance as well, which not only saved me more money, but also gives me a sense of security god forbid something were to happen. I recommend State Farm, they treated me as more than just a customer and I'm grateful to have switched over.

With specific regards to Dylan, I had a very pleasant experience. He was very patient in helping me with understanding confusing life insurance policy guidelines. I was easily walked through the different rates regarding motorcycle insurance. On top of all that, Dylan was a very kind and courteous individual. He also has a great sense of humor! Keep it up!

I have been a customer with State Farm for a long time. Ed Abdallah is an exemplary agent. Ed is always looking out for my best interest. Ed exhibits a professionalism beyond expectations. Ed is very knowledgeable. Being a senior citizen, it is nice to have someone who will take the time to help and explain why recommendations are made. Great experience this past week, well established work place for all your needs. Just switched from geico to state farm due to Geico's unreliable car rental policy and collision due to an accident which i was not at fault for which I had to pay out of pocket in order to get my vehicle fixed as well as getting a rental to go to work and school. Rachel best explained what i needed in order to not worry about rental issue as well and collision and other liability as well as reasonable monthly cost due to the veteran discount program. I am very satisfied with my policy as well as the other perks geico did not provide me especially being veteran friendly to new customers who work hard to stay safe on the road as well as their own being.

I recently had to acquire auto insurance for the first time in over eight years since giving my vehicle to my daughter when she went away to college. I had been driving my father in-laws car under his insurance until he recently passed away. I was in a panic to secure insurance asap. I went on the internet and started to search for auto insurance. Many various companies contacted and requested info for a quote via e-mail. I received a phone call from Eugene at State Farm. I explained my situation to him and within a half hour, I had my auto policy and insurance cards sent to me via e-mail. Eugene's overall courtesy,knowledge, and professionalism was a refreshing change from the usual rude and unknowing responses the public receives from customer service reps at many companies these days. The State Farm rates were very reasonable and extremely more reasonable than all of their competitors. I would like to thank Eugene for making my insurance shopping task an enjoyable, painless experience.

I've had State Farm since I started driving. And when I lived in NY about 4 years ago I always went to Ed's office. I recently moved back from Colorado and immediately went to Ed's office to have my policies switched to NY. This was in the beginning of August. I went in and started working with Dylan. Dylan proceeded to ask me all my basic information and not look at any form of ID or paperwork. He told me that he would work on the transfer and get back to me in a couple of days. So 3 or 4 days go by and I don't hear anything. I call the office to speak with him and proceed to play a game of phone tag that took another 2 days before he finally tells me I can come and get my insurance cards, which I've been waiting on to register my car. I go and get the cards and the next day I head to the DMV. Well, the woman at the DMV says that my ID cards don't match the name on my driver's license. I then had to go from Monticello all the way back to Liberty and then back to the DMV all because Dylan didn't bother to look at my license and get my information correct. So on the 23rd of November I was on my way home when a police officer pulls me over due to a break light being out. He proceeds to tell me that there isn't any insurance on my vehicle and I handed him my cards that say I'm covered until next year. The officer lets me off and I call State Farm the very next day, only to find out that the CANCELLED my auto policy in SEPTEMBER! So I'm obviously very confused and Dylan states that there was an issue with the policy transfer and they sent me a letter in the mail in August. I never received the letter. They did not call or email me to let me know that the policy was cancelled. And legally they don't have to do anything by mail something out to you, just to keep that in mind. And when I was on the phone with Dylan talking about it he gave me incorrect information about how to handle the situation with the DMV and stated that he just didn't know why they didn't call me. I then had to pay over $700 to the DMV to get my car back on the road and had an increase in my insurance payment a month due to the lapse. I just got off the phone with the corpurate number and they can't do anything about the situation because all they had to do was mail something to me. I also found out that the issue was that Dylan DIDN'T FILE MY POLICY PROPERLY!!!! So because he made a mistake and didn't do his job correctly I had to pay hundreds of dollars for something that wasn't at all my fault. BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE!
