I'm not the type that writes glowing reviews for great service. I expect it from a professional. However, when one goes above and beyond, I'm happy to relate my experience with that professional to others. Such is the case with Stacie Muller.

Stacie was recommended to me by my former real estate agent who had moved out of AZ since the last time I bought or sold a home. I was promised I'd be in good hands. I was.

After a walkthrough of my house, discussing my needs, and what would be required of me to get the house ready in order to get top dollar for it, Stacie recommended a sales strategy that would not only achieve that, but would also get me out of the property quickly and with minimal effort on my part.

I guess her recommendation was the right one. I received three offers on the day the house was listed on the MLS, two of them significantly over asking price. 5 weeks later, the transaction closed. Done deal.

The twist in my story is that a week prior to the listing going public, I left AZ permanently and I moved into my new home out of state. In my absence, Stacie handled everything for me in AZ. She arranged all the showings, inspection appointments, and attended them all. She was in constant communication with me to give me progress reports, feedback, and when necessary to resolve any issues that came up during the process. Stacie ensured everything went smoothly to get the house sold.

I found Stacie to be warm, personable, and a pleasure to work with, while still being very efficient, professional, and brilliant with following up (which is my downfall). She kept on top of me, in a pleasant, but business-like way, to make sure I did everything that was required of me along the way. Not something a procrastinator like myself usually enjoys when it is happening. But, I'm glad she did.
