I recently had the pleasure of staying at the St Julian and I wanted to take a moment to highlight one staff member who truly made my experience unforgettable – Brandon W. From the moment I arrived, Brandon greeted us with a warm and genuine smile, immediately making my family feel welcome and at ease.

His professionalism and attention to detail were evident in every interaction. Brandon went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless and enjoyable. His knowledge of the hotel’s amenities and the surrounding area was incredibly helpful!

What stood out the most was his kindness and positive attitude, which truly made a difference in my experience. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated to providing excellent service, and Brandon’s enthusiasm and passion for his work shone through every time we spoke. What a very special Hotel and Spa! A fantastic retreat for myself and my Husband celebrating Valentine's Day. The food at Jill's was excellent, and the staff was so friendly and professional. The Spa services were over the top! My facial and massage were just what I needed. After Valentine's dinner, the main lobby had the best band! We enjoyed dancing and people watching. The hotel room was so comfy, elegant, and quiet. I look forward to my next visit and another Spa service!

Perfectly located, walkable to all the best restaurants in boulder. Rooms are clean and have a nice Colorado alpine aesthetic to them. The pool and hot tub are great. Staff is very friendly and willing to do whatever they can to make your stay better.

Stayed for the first time in this beautiful hotel right before Christmas and I highly recommend! We have attended various special events throughout the year like their Derby party and Oktoberfest, live music nights etc., but this was the first time we actually stayed the night. We had a wonderful spacious king room with a balcony that had an amazing view and lots of space inside for us and the kiddo to hang out and unwind. LOVED the big tub in the bathroom as well. All of the staff we encountered were extremely kind from valet, to check in, the restaurant, bar, and room service. We ate at Jill’s for dinner and the food and service was incredible. The next morning we had in room dining for breakfast and service was super fast and food was hot and delicious. It was so great to get a nice and relaxing evening in before the busy holiday. Will definitely be back again in the future and hope to try out the spa next. Love this gem in Boulder!

Although I have not officially stated as a guest, I have worked with the staff on some renovations of rooms and they are all very professional and have extreme care and consideration of their guests.

From the front desk to the back of the house and engineering team, you would not meet a better group of people that crave a quality experience for their guests.

If you are in the Boulder area and need a nice place to stay. This hotel will not disappoint.

(Spa review) I had a wonderful 50 minute deep tissue massage with Erika. It was probably the most efficient deep tissue I've ever had given the short time slot. And it truly felt like a deep tissue–not just a relaxing massage with more pressure.

She used hot stones to loosen up my fascia right from the start, which helped me get more value out of the short session. Furthermore, I can tell Erika really values her profession and ability to make clients feel better. She picked up on my desire for a mostly silent massage while also politely peppering in ideas of how I can continue my self-care at home. Based on how effective and caring my experience with Erika was, I'll definitely rebook her for a longer deep tissue.

In addition to my positive experience with Erika, the entire spa staff was polished and helpful from the get go. The spa itself was tidy, well-stocked, and the amenities were top quality. My service was on a Monday and it wasn't too crowded at 12pm. St. Julien is now my preferred location for a full amenity spa day.

I loved the St. Julien, higher end hotel with great service. Wonderful hot cocoa bar with real whipped cream the Friday afternoon I arrived, personalized welcome on the flat screen in room and comfortable beds with turn down service. Tawny at check in was very welcoming. Lovely lobby with live music some nights and ample seating. Jill’s is a great restaurant, outstanding service from Lexi. While the spa is pricey, the facials were excellent, and very relaxing. Would definitely return.

St. Julien is a solid choice. Great downtown location, plus it's right by Pearl Street for dinners. Rooms are comfortable and well-equipped for working remotely. The gym is decent for staying on top of things, and if you have time, the spa is a great way to unwind after a long day. It's definitely a splurge, but worth it for the convenience and comfort when you're on the road.
