This company is a complete JOKE. Receptionist, Secretary or whatever she calls herself is bipolar, rude, and completely unprofessional. She hung up on me when I was trying mediate loading assistance for a driver that was on site to get loaded and refused to answer the phone again like a child throwing a temper tantrum. She was quick to anger and raise her voice while I was calm and trying to find a solution to the issue. I even offered to have the driver leave if that's what they wanted. God forbid you have an issue here. They'll fix it after you jump through hula hoops, get your customer involved you're hauling for and take a tongue lashing from the gate keeper to get there.

I read the reviews...most are positive...The ones that are not are more true. Bought a New Holland head on a online auction. The add stated good rolls, good deck plates...I bought this because of this fact, when the truck brought the head here, the first thing I check was those 2 items....both are junk...9600 in bad rolls and 1500 in bad decks...also one gathering chain was broken. Also 6 of the 7 snoots were broken...The response not our fault, bring it back...Already got 2000 in trucking...another 2000 to bring it back. This is one company to avoid...Flat out lie to you by stating "good"...I will have to eat this....Least they could have done is cover the freight for the lie....

Great family owed business, with the most knowledgeable staff. We at Premium Specialties always enjoy working with the Witvoet's. They treat you like family. I've attended many of their auctions and they are always very organized, packed with machinery and great prices. The best I have ever been to.

Bought a combine, very pleased, after a couple of years it needed some repair and they helped me with parts off of some of their parted out machines. Recently bought a 4630 John Deere and after a little starter work it has been a great buy. Items are consigned so there is some of everything here.
