Spruce Farm & Fish - Boulder, Colorado

A friend of mine came with me to Spruce tonight and we had a great time. The food was spectacular. My friend had the special turkey dinner and I had the prime rib. The turkey, served with stuffing, was moist and delicious. The prime rib cut easily with a butter knife, it was so tender and perfectly prepared. For desert we had the banana creme pie and we were not disappointed
We ate at the bar and our bartender, Ashley, could not have been better. We tried both the Boulderado Barrel Aged Manhattan and the Burnt Orange Old Fashioned. They were perfectly prepared and tasted great! Ashly went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of, she checked on us often and made great suggestions such as the Baked Brie, Apple & Prosciutto Crostini which we started with. I highly recommend this resturant. And don't forget, if you sit at the bar, to ask for Ashley.

Amazingly good food serve at Spruce Farm & Fish, all dishes looked fantastic and tasted great too! Service was great and staff were really friendly. Definitely give a try when visit Boulder Colorado!

Company came in here for a quick breakfast before work. Ho their corned beef hash and some coffee. This food had quality ingredients and the meat was great. Service was also great. All and all would come back for breakfast or brunch.

We stopped in for Breakfast on a Sunday morning. We easily got a seat and we were treated to a delicious breakfast. I had the Boulderado Benedict and loved it. Perfect blend of flavors and not too much sauce. I’ll definitely be back soon.

We stopped in for dinner before going to a show. Had cocktails, appetizers, dinner and dessert and enjoyed it all.

Our waiter was attentive, and had personality to spare, making the evening light and fun. We ordered the Brussels sprouts and they were delicious.

I had the scallops which were yummy with squash and risotto, however, they were under seasoned. My husband got the ribs and cauliflower rice which was rich with flavor and tender.

Parking in this area can be rough, so slow a little extra time for that. We appreciate that the Boulderado is so close to downtown, it's always nice when weather permits to stroll the pearl Street Mall before or after a meal.

Too busy. Few bartenders. Sat night and the ones who showed up did not want to be there. We made the mistake of coming here while the Boulder Xmas parade was happening. The concierge staff was great, but omg don't expect more after you walk inside. The bar wasn't busy after the parade began but service did not improve. We ordered $150++ of food and drinks but still couldn't get noticed after we put our order in. I watched folks stand at the bar for 30 min to order one drink Real shame because it's a beautiful bar and venue. I will not be back on a weekend again, no sir.

Checked out menus of all the various restaurants on Pearl Street and this was the one that looked the best to us. It was delightful! Located inside the hotel Boulderado, It is fun to explore the hotel before or after your meal. We sat at the bar and loved chatting with Monica.

Would love to see a few local Non alcoholic beers on the menu to compliment the fun mocktails.

The mushroom pasta was amazing and I ordered a side Caesar salad. My bf got the trout. We will be back!

The four of us arrived on a busy Sunday for brunch and was promptly seated in Brooklyn’s section. Being our first time, we had many questions about the menu where Brooklyn was attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the menu. Our food arrived at the table within a reasonable amount of time and our entire party was very satisfied with the meal and service. My girlfriend recommends the Boulderado Scramble! Next time we’re in Boulder, we’ll be visiting Spruce Farm and Fish!
