Thank you for the opportunity to serve Sprouts and the customers of Sprouts. As a stakeholder prior to joining the team I was super excited to come in as a part time employee to see how the operations of my favorite grocery stores were conducted. To my surprise I have learned through my experience and through the experience of others that this is not a culture that I can align with, consisting of workplace bullying, harassment and discrimination and intimidation no matter how much the management team tries to disguise it.
After careful consideration, I have made the decision to resign based on the hostile work environment that does not align with corporate standards or the mission of Sprouts. Seeing how head management runs these operations of the store 166 Rockwall, TX , it's surprising that no one has contacted EEOC concerning the workplace discrimination, bullying, intimidation and harassment.
As a person who fights for the underdogs, I am choosing not to walk away silently being aware of all of the infractions by upper management that also includes reduction of hours when an employee is not favorable to their liking, matters their work ethics forcing them to quit.
My end goal is to help encourage a better working atmosphere and dynamic that is not only favorable to the management team, but also to the employees. I have seen people forced out of this location by reducing their hours with a disregard to them having a life and trying to survive as the management team are in an economy that is suffering.

This notice serves as a purpose for creating an opportunity to see employees as people and understand how to lead, encourage and create an effective work team that will earn the respect of the employees while creating a great work environment for the overall team. When your employees know that you have their best interest at heart, they will work more effectively and efficiently. However, this is not the case employees/managers feel that they are constantly under the scope, being watched by surveillance. Employees' performances are altered, the feel of autonomy does not exist, the constant threats of write up, termination, forced resignations are the current end goal when the management team is challenged on how business is conducted and operated. The fact employees are terminated for wanting more training is disheartening.
I hope this letter brings movement for the greater of Sprouts and their employees, because I truly do stand by their products and have used their products and services to serve my clients .

I am so devastated that Sprouts in Albuquerque NM is only giving my adult son one day to travel to his grandmother's funeral in Phoenix Az. Management said they are shorthanded. Do to vacations from other employees. And they would be very angry if he took two days for Bereavement.

I just filed a complaint with them but I also want to post this here. I have been shopping at your store on Havana St in Aurora Co for years, I go there every Thursday on my day off for my groceries and I purchase my items everytime. About a year ago I was at this store just grabbing a few things on my way home. I had accidently dropped something and a young man came over to pick it up for me, complimented my tattoos, and we went our separate ways. After I had checked out and was about to leave the store a worker by the front door came up to me and asked me "Do you have chicken in your purse?" I was very confused and she asked me again. I showed her my purse to prove I had not taken anything. The cashier who checked me out said I was good and I left feeling awful at being accused in such a manner. But I gave the store another try and the next time I went in the same cashier was there and she made a point to apologize and explain what had happened. The man I had bumped into was trying to buy a bag of hot chicken with food stamps and the cashier had told him that he could not. He kept wondering around the store and I guess since they saw me talking to him they thought I was his partner and I had stole the chicken for him, which is absurd. Since she had apologized to me I decided I would let it go and keep shopping there. Today I was just in that same store and they had a security guard on duty. He first noticed me in the pasta isle and since then I saw him around every corner. I went to get in line at self check out and he followed me there, and then asked if I was paying cash or card. I said card and he directed me to an open self-check out that only took card. He stood behind me the WHOLE time I checked out. I was so uncomfortable I wanted to cry. I made sure to show him the receipt when I was done and he said I was good to go. I have no idea why that store thinks I am a thief but I will no longer be shopping at any Sprouts location.

Shopping before Christmas was at the self check out when 2 female employees requested my receipt and ID. I was accused of taking a roast without paying. First of all, I’m vegan, so I don’t even eat roast second of course, I didn’t steal roast. They went through all my stuff humiliated me. Never apologized. And one of the girls even said I think we’ve got the wrong person. Also the homeless population around the store is out of control people accosting you at your cars in the parking lot. So needless to say I will be going to Albertsons. No more sprouts for me.

Never shopping here anymore because the way I am treated every time and also due to the confrontation I had with another customer who picked a fight with me and I was somehow the problem according to the workers. I spent almost 300 dollars worth of groceries every two weeks because I want High quality groceries unlike other stores like food4less where it's all processed and full of chemicals. But everytime I go I am followed by workers or asked questions or kept an eye on because of how I dress (I dress in black clothes because I'm goth or sometimes I like to wear pajamas early in the morning) and I constantly get closely watched for this reason i'm never going back. Also, yesterday evening another customer had road rage issues prior to arriving in the vincinty of sprouts where she had cut me and other cars off and honked and was impatient and yelled profanities at me prior to arriving at the store. I minded my business until she knowingly and purposely parked next to me speeding in the parking lot to get next to me out of all the open spaces. After this she was talking to me and being passive aggressive and already on edge, I simply asked if I could help her with something in that way and tone. No back talk no attitude just a simple question. She ultimately went ballistic and chaotic telling me to f off and calling me slurs because I asked her that question. I was gonna leave it alone but I mentioned she had no right to cut me off and almost cause an accident because she was impatient she then threatened to hurt me intentionally and proceeded to approach me and remove her belongings to prepare for a fight. Then I stated I would defend myself by using pepper spray and she threatened to call the police because it was "illegal to use spray" which it is not. I walked away while she called the cops because I just wanted to buy my menstrual products and my dinner for that night (which I was so distraught and didn't get what I needed) I walked away into the store where one of the workers was kicking me out because of the dispute and he said to me if cops were going to be involved I'm not allowed in the store. I toldhim that I wanted no part in it I just wanted to buy my groceries but she was the one that was the aggressor with her road rage before this incident. She then followed me around in the store and also followed me home, cutting off vehicles to catch up to me. Now tell me. How am I the problem in this situation? I needed menstrual products and food and these past few weeks I've been treated like scum and like a thief. If I was a thief I'd be at Walmart but I worked hard for my money to be able to shop at such a store. And no one has got back to me from customer service so f off!

What happened to the sprouts quality of produce? He has declined each year for the last five years or so. Why do they even have stuff like this on display? This is at a store in the Overland Park Kansas area.

Sprouts Farmers Market loves to price gouge their customers while asking for donations during checkout! What a joke. How about the CEO’s and shareholders chip in their high salaries for the donations instead of asking your customers! Every single week prices go up while quality goes down. Corporate greed!
