I’ve been shopping at Sprouts for 20 years. Never in my life have I seen the produce quality so poor. My last straw was today when I counted 18 different vegetables that were black, brown, slimy, spotted or molding. YUK! I told the “manager” doubt he cares or will do anything about it. I remember the “good ole days” when sprouts was cheaper and had better quality than Trader Joe’s. Now, it’s more expensive than Whole Foods and the quality is worse. Maybe this location will close and a Trader Joe’s will be replaced.
I’ll buy my “higher quality” meat here and that’s it. No bueno Sprouts. Shame on you for selling such bad quality produce that I wouldn’t even feed to a homeless dog.
Update: went again today. Almost 2 weeks later. Wow! I counted 18 veggies and 5 fruit that went bad. Should not be sold, thrown in garbage. Bought an apple for a snack and bit into a bad mushy old apple. I guess sprouts doesn’t give a crap about produce or selling it to you. I think I’ll be calling the corporate office to make another complaint since my 5 with this sprouts does no good! Go elsewhere for produce. This place ain’t doin it

Sprout's seems to be interested in charging A LOT of money for their items. Juices that I can get for $1 cheaper at Safeway! Turkey breast slices $2 more. It's way too much! They're not a corner convenient store.

I found that it was a well stock store. Staff was helpful actually seeking out to see if you needed help within the store. Cashier was very pleasant and asked did you find everything that’s always a good sign of customer service thank you.

Thank you Tony for your help Today!!!! I have been a long time Customer of another grocery store until today. From now on I will always come to sprouts carefree Highway AS A DIRECT result of the Amazing service I had in the produce department with “Tony” ……. Tony went above and beyond helping me get items that I could not find because I was newer to this store. He was super kind to me. The conversation was great and for that reason, I just kept filling my cart to the brim.! I will always come back to Sprouts as a direct result of TONY AND his Kindness.

Good chicken thighs, deli area has a wide selection of cheeses, produce area is fresh and clean with a lot of variety, we are here often.

Most Sprouts stores are the same; it's not a bad thing when the customer service is above the bar along with a nicely stocked store. I "test" them by how they react when I ask for samples from the nuts and candy sections...an easy 4 stars!
