If you're a busy individual who appreciates the taste of homemade food without the hassle of cooking, Spark Provisions is a must-try. This unique establishment offers a variety of prepared meals that you can take home and bake at your convenience.

I recently had the pleasure of trying their braised beef, and I was absolutely blown away. The meat was incredibly tender and flavorful, as if it had been slow-cooked for hours by a master chef. The rich gravy was the perfect complement, adding a depth of flavor that was truly satisfying.

One of the things that truly impressed me about Spark Provisions was their attention to detail. We have a little girl with a food allergy, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate her needs. They were knowledgeable and helpful, ensuring that her meal was prepared safely and deliciously.

Overall, I highly recommend Spark Provisions for anyone who appreciates quality, convenient food. Their braised beef is a must-try, and their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

Absolutely delicious, and reasonably priced. What a genius business idea! I only wish we’d had time for dinner two nights! We got the lamb and the curry, everything was fresh and bright. Lots of snappy vegetables, it reheated perfectly.

This place is great. I was traveling through BV on a cross country motorcycle trip in June of '22 and needed to stop in town to pick up dinner and I was so lucky to stumble upon this place. Instead of another freeze dried camping meal or a can of stew I got to dine on perfectly seasoned and well executed dish of fresh vegetables and jerk chicken that paired perfectly with the Pinot Noir I bought. Made for an elevated camping experience that I will always remember.

My wife and I stopped in to get snacks for a picnic. We got marinated feta, seared ahi tuna, homemade bread, and key lime pie.
I was really impressed by the range of selection, and the quality of everything we tried. They have food the would work well camping, on a picnic or food that you could eat at home. Everything is hand-picked and reasonably priced.
They also have a great selection of nonalcoholic, beer, wine, and beer.
Also the grab and go menu is constantly changing

This is one of the few places that a grab and go meal tastes like a sit down meal.

I’ve enjoyed most everything I’ve got over the last 3 years. But I will have to say my favorite meal at this point is the Penang curry with gorgeous fresh long green beans, eggplant (perfect choice), red peppers, and carrots - not to mention the huge and tasty shrimp in the recipe I got. For me so appreciate no green peppers.!!

I wish, although I’m not sure it’s proper cuisine, that the tikka masala had more vegetables, too, to complement the authentic and delicious sauce.

PS. Coleslaw and baked beans with brisket became my next favorites for this month!!

My husband and I worked with Spark Provisions for our wedding in October 2023, and Justine was absolutely wonderful to us. We were able to meet her in person in July and she walked us through everything then and showed us different food options. About a month beforehand up until the day of she was in regular contact with us and helped us nail everything down! We had the caesar salad, Lemon Thyme Chicken Breast, and Vegan Thai Yellow Curry (our FAV), and it was all SO DELICIOUS. Our guests loved everything!! We'll be regular customers and are so grateful to Justine and the team for all their hard work and talents!
