This desert nursery is absolutely a gem, as are the owners who run it. My husband and I regularly drive all the way from Phoenix to Tucson just to visit this special place and obtain the treasured native plants they offer for our Phoenix desert garden. The unique variety of desert plants that this nursery offers is unlike anything we’ve found elsewhere, and the owners are incredibly knowledgeable and generous with their time and information which makes visiting this nursery a rich and educational experience.

I'm a nutritionist trying to start a edible garden as part of my buisness and Spadefoot has been nothing but helpful with supplying me the information needed on specific plant compounds and medicinal uses as well as their care. Went for the first time today! Place is small but had a large variety and everything looked very healthy! The prices are fair and the gentleman I spoke to answered all my questions and gave me great tips and tricks! I’ll definitely be going back for my next plant splurge. I bought a yellow birds of paradise and best price and healthiest looking out of the 3 nursery I went too! Definitely recommend

Spadefoot Nursery is the best! They are so helpful and will answer any questions you have. Their website is very user friendly. I personally drive 3 hours to and from just to get my supply of plants. I have a tortoise and their website has a location just for tortoise plants, makes things much easier. Thank you Spadefoot Nursery.
