Always pleasant, fully stocked and knowledgeable. I noticed my cholesterol pills went up to $25 from $20 and they put a 15% salw ticket 👎 no savings kn that but the store is still a gem.

Southtown has well trained and knowledgeable staff. The associates are patient and ask questions for clarity of why you think you need this supplement. You can not just run in for a product and run out unless you know for sure what you have come to get. Southtown would rather you left without a purchase rather than sell you something you don't need.

Me my husband and daughter just left Southtown Health Foods and we were totally satisfied👍🏻! A young lady name Heaven assisted us with our healthcare needs. She was very knowledgeable, patient and kind🥰! Our daughter needed to utilize their restroom 🚽and by surprise it was clean and smell pleasant! Our cashier was a young man who was courteous as well! Caribbean Natural Health Sea Moss is the best!! I absolutely love it! Freshly made with wild Sea Moss, it's not only healthy but tasty! I have been using the last couple of years and it has helped me so much! I no longer have joint pains and I rarely get sick. I am a regular satisfied customer!

Beware of this store selling non organic juice that will get you sick drinking pesticide directly in to your blood line .. make sure you request organic fruits and vegetables.. most health food stores will not stock non organics because they know the harm it does to the body ..

I got the last one 🙏 They obviously are stocking more! The store is immaculate, well-organized, and offers a wide variety of health-conscious items, making it a one-stop shop for all your healthy living needs.

What truly sets Southtown Health Foods apart is the exceptional customer service. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful, making every customer feel valued. A stocker not only assisted me with finding items but also took the time to introduce himself and learn my name. When I left, he wished me a great day by name, which made me feel genuinely special and seen—something that’s rare in most shopping experiences.
