The Wagyu beef tallow spray is incredible. I will do again and take pictures. I go to sams and get the ends of a tenderloin, cut them into small medallions and fry them up in a skillet. Takes minutes. South Chicago Beef Tallow spray took it to a new level!! I sprayed a decent amount in the pan, got it nice and shimmery hot, put the beef in, a few minutes a side. Got them medium, put a few pads of butter in and, I know, but you gotta try it, some curry powder, zished them around for a minute, and served with Frites. Holy cow people!! The only thing I will do next time is more butter. ;-).

The appointment was at 10am, I checked in at 6am, I got a call at 8am to confirm the pickup number, and then there was no news! There was no parking nearby, and there was no space at the only gas station! I was in a very bad mood

Tanker drivers decent place to get loaded. Tight backing but can be done. If you are coming to get loaded get an empty weight ticket from a Truck stop. There isn’t overnight parking but there is a BP within close proximity of Customer.

If your a van trailer the shipping office is on 38th Plaza it's on the street backing not a very busy street kinda tight but if you know what your doing you shouldn't have any issues getting backed in

1pm appt check in 12pm said he would call. Went down street to truck stop and came back back at 1250pm, waited til 3pm he comes out and says ehay rime is your appt 3pm? No 1pm you said gou would call me smh. Does a trailer inspection sheet says i hve to goto other building on 38th door 8 they waiting for you. Yeah right someone in door 7 and they been waiting 30 min smh Didn't start loading til 5pm. Hebalso.had thennwrve to put down 1pm appt and 2 pm arrival. Boi if you don't put down i was here early. Smh Not abt to cheat me out my detention bruh smh

Place is off the street backing so difficult when there’s traffic. Its Chicago so everyone is in a hurry so careful. Appt was at 18:00 Got loaded at 14:00. If you do get here early you’ll have to park on the street. You’ll see when you arrive. Call the number on the pictures to check in. No restroom.

Had confusion between my dispatcher (and broker), as I was never given an appointment time.

I arrived, called in and was given new that the load wasn't to deliver until the next day.

After paying to park at the BP ($20 for 24 hours and store closes at 8PM), then get an update that S Chic. Packing will take the load today.

If you're okay with backing up, just take your time and KEEP you TANDEMS AS IS (DO NOT MOVE THEM).
