10/10!!! One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. I had the Sorelli Italian and my boyfriend had the hot Italian beef sandwich. We both loved our sandwiches so much that we forgot to get a “before” picture so I only have the “after” picture. We ate every delicious bite. All of the staff were extremely kind. We will be back!

BEST sandwiches made with fresh, high quality ingredients with the perfect ratio of everything! The owners are so incredibly kind — they truly put so much intention into their food, baked goods, and the overall atmosphere of Sorelle. Most memorable takeaways from our visit were the friendly owners, the beautiful patio with an area for dogs, the cleanliness of the entire space, the expansive variety of options for various dietary preferences, and HOLY MOLY the sandwiches! Lots of heart has gone into this place♥️

My husband & I stopped here on our honeymoon after spending time over at the Mt. Princeton Hot Springs. We came to Colorado for our honeymoon & are staying in the Denver area, this was BY FAR the best food we've had since coming to Colorado! We got the lasagna, and we agreed it was the BEST we've ever had! The staff was so friendly & inviting, if you're looking to support a small local restaurant, this is the place!

I stopped in passing through BV and got a sandwich to go. Service was fast and friendly and the sandwich was fresh and loaded. This will be a go-to stop for me but next time I’m going to eat there on the patio which was really nice!

Loved this Deli and I can tell it's popular with the locals too. I came here twice over a couple visits...had the Italian sub. Absolutely delicious fresh baked bread with the right amount of crispy outside but not too much that it's hard to take a bite. High quality fresh ingredients and house made dressings/vinaigrette makes the perfect sandwiches. Will absolutely be coming here anytime I'm in town or passing through. My appetite was so stimulated I forgot to even get any pictures!

This place is so bomb. The fastest lunch in town. Their sandwiches are super fresh (turkey havarti!) and their soups are amazing (Hungarian Mushroom!). They also have a case full of the most decadent desserts and take and bake dinners. The best place to go before adventures or hosting people! 10/10
