Where do I begin. Beer glass had lip stick on it. Tap beer was warm and all foam. Returned glasses. I asked for a "white" pizza rogotta cheese, parm, and mozzarella. They said the cheese is cold and put on after. No thanks. Got the greek pizza. Missing half the ingredients, the feta was ice cold and tasted like someone left it out for a month. Ordered the stuffed cheese and pepper bread. It came as raw dough and ice cold inside. I had enough and brought it back. She apologized and said they will cook it more. They brought it back 5 minutes later still cold inside. I would not accept it and asked for a refund. She said they couldn't give me a refund and said she will make me a new one. I said I WILL get my money back since I didn't eat it. They took all my information and she said the owner will be in tomorrow to figure it out. P.S. we ordered a pizza for my son to go at the beginning. Should have looked at it before we left. Half cooked, half raw dough. The staff was nice but a tiny fire as big as a zippo don't cook pizza. The picture is after the second cook on the "urban legend", still refrigerator cold inside!! I will never, never come back here again.

Great food, I especially enjoyed the Italian Stallion, one of the better brick oven pizzas I have had. However, they seemed to be out of a lot of things, including the tap beer and the sunflower seeds (for the salad we ordered, which we found out after we got it). So while I want to give it more stars, it does take a star off

Rounded up to a 3-star review, this was more like 2.5 experience. Paper thin pizza with sporadic topping placement, these pizzas are crafted as though the establishment cannot afford the little toppings and cheese that are being applied. Pizza are over priced for what you get, I’ve had grocery store totinos pizza with more toppings and cheese. Unfortunately, I would think twice before coming here again.

The only reason why I didn’t give the food 5 stars is because it can fluctuate. Tonight’s was absolutely on point, though! It was like when I first started coming here. The toppings were plentiful! The crust was cooked to perfection! There were a few months in which the toppings were scarce, and the crust was undercooked. In either case they have a great menu of some creative pizzas that turned out to be some of my favorites ever! And this is coming from a New York transplant 😛 Definitely give it a shot! I come every week because I live close, and there isn’t another wood-fire pizza place around here!

The pizza is so delicious, which is why we keep coming back. The current manager is not very friendly or customer focused. We purchased a gift card over the holidays. We have been to the restaurant twice since and both times have been told they can’t take the gift card. There was no service recovery, just a lengthy explanation as to why it’s not working. Also, the root beer (also delicious) was not working and the self pour beer selection was not working. We really enjoy the food, but if customer service is important for an enjoyable dining experience, this might not be your place.

This place has great service and staff. I usually pick up since it's close to my house. They are quick. It's bar pizza but they also have awesome, fresh salads. If I were to go for dine in, they have a beer & wine tap wall! I also like their cinnamon apple dessert!

We ordered the San Marino pizza and the apple pie. The pizza was fairly good and had a nice kick to it. The apple pie was super tasty but they didn't have any silverware which made it really awkward to eat. Prices were reasonable and plenty of seating available

Disappointed in the service and the food. After reading over a dozen different pizza reviews, Smokin’ Oak sounded like the spot… I ordered the garlic bread and the Urban Legend. The bread was more like a cracker, thin and crunchy but the taste was better than the consistency of the ‘bread’. The Urban Legend - hugely disappointing. Nothing but pizza crust and cheese, and hardly any of that. For $16.87 not worth the price, the drive or the time I spent writing this.
