We called fist. Tech-rep came, inspected, sent us report. Said I'd hear from them Monday. I didn't, and called multiple times, only getting recordings. We got mad and almost called on another company!!!! Bedbugs are NOTHING TO PLAY WITH!! What we didn't know was that the managers were all on vacation last week! and Monday was probably swamped with messages, etc. Today, Richard Z. came, and was UNDENIABLY COMPETENT, SMART, WELL EDUCATED ON BEDBUGS, instructed us, told us what to do...... I am confident that this is a good choice.

Jeffery is an absolute delight. He was very informative, polite, professional, and really made me feel as though he had a genuine interest in making sure that anything and everything that we needed was inspected and taken care of to the best of his ability. He took the time to show me any possible problem areas, explain why they could be problem areas, and let me know what I could do to make sure that they don't become problem areas. He made what would seem to be a commonplace mundane service a memorable experience. A++

I have been fortunate to have Wayne as my Smithereen rep. He is unbelievably thorough and does not give up until the problem is solved. Another company that I dealt with prior sent a different rep each visit. They were not consistent with their applications. Also, last summer I had a real problem with moles in the yard and woodpeckers on the house. The same comments from above apply to Jaime, the pest control guy. He's also fun to watch with his partner...a trained raccoon! I highly recommend Smithereen!

Jaime came out and thoroughly cleaned out a birds nest from my microwave vent and caged it to prevent reoccurrence. He also set a trap and caught a raccoon who had dug a significant hole under my patio. Shored up hole dug underneath and side of patio to prevent reentry. Very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Ever since a tiny mouse peed on my AC control board, I had Jeffrey with Smithereen inspect all of my house's outer perimeter and inside of the house for gaps and holes and provide a proper plan for determent of mice. Every time he comes in to service it is a delight as he is very informative, honest and thorough. I am in property (HOA) management and we also use them in several of our Associations. So far no complaints.
