Cabbage pockets are amazing. We also got a bunch of sweets that were also amazing. We love the cozy home like atmosphere. You can tell everything is homemade with love.

We camped overnight in Brush, Colorado and noticed this shop when we strolled through town in the evening. We decided to stop for some breakfast goodies on our way out of town, and are glad we did! My husband had the cabbage roll and loved it, simple, fresh and tasty. We split a cinnamon roll and a maple walnut roll, and oh my goodness, we’re they delicious! The maple walnut roll was buttery and tender, with a lightly sweet maple glaze sprinkled with chopped nuts…it was to die for! The cinnamon roll was also buttery and tender with cream cheese frosting and was also very tasty. Slavinka Food in Brush is definitely worth a stop off of I-76 on your way through Colorado. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I grew up in the area and cabbage pockets were a staple. I didn't hate them, didn't love them. I decided to pick up a couple from this bakery, and WOW, they are fantastic. Also grabbed a cinnamon roll which was great.

My husband brought home macarons, a lemon bar, an almond croissant with some kind of sweet curd, little shell shaped cookies filled with gooey goodness, and a waffle stick that I just dipped in my coffee this morning. Everything was beyond amazing. The lemon bar was one of the very best I’ve ever had! I look forward to our next trip through Brush! This place will become a must stop for us!
