Went in today to try their bubble waffle and I was very disappointed. Don't get me wrong, I love their tea and we love getting their chicken buns, but when we ordered their bubble waffle, I was baffled as to what I was given. The only tasty thing about it was the ice cream I guess. We ordered the Strawberries and Cream and the picture and description they advertise was not really what I got. For one, the waffle was so burnt, there were no strawberries ( I even went back to the cashier and questioned if there was supposed to be strawberries in it like what it says and she said it's just like that, just syrup and there was barely even any strawberry syrup). There was ice cream and chocolate syrup but i tasted more of the burnt waffle then the other things in it. I think they should change their description and picture to match it next time. I'll just stick to their tea and chicken bun next time I guess.

They’ve got tasty food and an awesome variety of teas to choose from. Jenny, the owner and manager, is extremely knowledgeable about teas and can help you find the perfect drink. It’s definitely worth a visit! ?

Had an absolutely lovely time visiting their new location. Had 2 types of udon, a tea sandwich, and some bubble tea. Everything was very refreshing, and the store had a lovely atmosphere. They also had various tea sets, ramen bowl sets, tea leaves, cute mugs, and stickers for purchase. It's definitely worth checking out, especially if you want somewhere to sit and catch up with a friend.

Once and while me and the come to enjoy either the tea or even the food.. Each time we’ve come we have always be greeted with smiles and served quickly from ordering to having our drinks and food to our table. Staff is always friendly and kind. I say on a cold day some hot tea can warm you up. I definitely recommend to stop by and check it out

Shopping in Fairbanks today I stopped at my favorite place Sipping Streams Tea. I decided to try a veggie steamed bun, it was very tasty and light. So delish!!! Also had a very berry tea smoothie with jasmine pearls added.
Great experience every time I’ve been there!
You gotta hit this place up !

The teas was ok I could have made it better and food was ok. The service was ok she forgot a lot of stuff on our orders. We like to try new place and if they sucks we would not go back so basically we’re not going back to this place again

ORIGINAL: I ordered the veggies only Japanese udon with rice noodles. The girls are so young, and she was struggling with making it and one of the other ones had to help her, so I feel for them, but man. When I got to work and tried to eat this it tasted like noodles in water. There was only some cabbage and rice noodles in what seemed more like straight hot water than a broth. I poured some soy sauce in there and that helped. I'm all for low sodium but a little sodium is okay no? Just needs some improvement. The girls were sweet. Thank you!

Jenny is always so helpful in answering questions her workers may not know which just helps make people feel like like each person still matters. This is my first time in the new location and I love the feel of it. It was quite busy when I came in but severally workers took time to welcome me and the food still came out quickly. Wonderful experience again. Thank you all.
