Delicious craft cocktail place inside of the Eccesia market! Very low key, relaxing place. Great place to wind down during happy hour and from the day too! Our server was Grace and she was so fun! She made us these absurdly delicious shots that had lemon and lavender (I think?) in it ! I had the burrito which was so good. I think their food on their food menu come from the other places in the Market? I'm not 100% sure on that. I can't wait to go back!

Great place! The food comes from the mini food court downstairs, the drinks at the bar are great and don't even start me on the servers! This place holds lots of fun events, so it can be family friendly. A must for locals and visitors alike. Go now!

Fun, comfortable place in downtown Castle Rock to listen to some live music, enjoy a libation or two, and have a super giant baked potato. We ordered a potato topped with chopped brisket and cheddar cheese it was enough for the two of us! Potato was perfect; fluffy on the inside and skin was chewy and smoky on the outside. Yum! Good selection of beers on tap and the space is perfect for listening to some music and more than enough space for dancing as well.

We've visited S&S a couple of times. The atmosphere is great with warm welcomes and attentive service. Add live music and good food, you've got the perfect combination for an adults night out. Recommended.

What a great spot in the heart of old Town Castle Rock. We were in the area looking for a spot to grab a quick drink and were we surprised. A beautiful building and great vibe. The true gem of the place was bartender Morgan. He was very nice and talked it up with us. A true professional in ever since of the word. We will definitely be back.

I stumbled upon S&S when I was looking for the book store in the same building. They were not quite open, but instead of saying they weren't, Michella (sp?), the owner, warmly welcomed me to look around, told me what they had going on later, and invited me back. I was immediately stunned by the whole place. It's part of an old church, and the theme is in point. Love the full wall mural, pews, and the rest of thenlittle details. The menu is creative and fun. There is a small food stall (loaded hot dogs and potatoes) up there, a flower/plant shop as you walk in, and of course, the full bar. I 100% came back that evening with my hubby for date night and hand a chance to thank Michella for making me feel so welcome. We did not stay for the DJ (Saturdays @ 9), and missed the live music (Friday's @ 8), bit enjoyed pumpkin and espresso martinis and pepperocini shots. Go there!!

UPDATE FOR SECOND VISIT:

Went again and it continued to be worthwhile. I confirmed that the foods came from the associated food court places. Again, the craft cocktails were great. I should mention that some of the small plates can be pretty big! I ordered a terrific coney dog and it could have easily fed both of us. Luckily, my wife had ordered a somewhat smaller Asian inspired plate. All worked out perfectly again. Well done.

This is a very interesting place. My wife and I went there after visiting a nearby vinyl record shop (which was also very interesting). They do some very nice craft cocktails and we learned that we could order food from the restaurants that are also in Ecclesia. We ordered food that I suppose actually came from two different restaurants. The whole afternoon was a good one. Will return.
