Very cool place! Has tons of 'feed' which I know nothing about, but I was after dog items. A very large supply of dog and puppy chew toys, flea and tick products, and absolutely EVERYTHING else you may need while raising your dog! Lots of rawhide and other freeze dried 'parts' of animals for chews as well!

Excellent supply. Extremely helpful but not pushy staff. Timmy was a wealth of knowledge and friendly with my toddler. Lou was also super knowledgeable, pointed out something I missed, and helped me get out of there fast, because, toddler. We just got our first chickens so I think we’ll be there fairly often.

Best spot for livestock and pet feed!

Their miniature golf relic is in a most peaceful setting amongst natural rocks and flowering shrubs accompanied by birdsong and a desolate backscape that is both family friendly and tranquil.

Their new location on Railroad Avenue is spacious and well organized, and no mice running around!
I have only visited once so far and didn't notice signs for each isle indicating which animal food was where. There may have been signs, I'll look next time.
An employee came to me and asked if they could help me find something.
That's a bonus!

Not evening you'd like to see in a feed store. But from what I understand they moved from another location and they are working on it?
Although, I got 4 bales of orchard grass and a lot of each bale was moldy. When I brought in a sample and explained... It went nowhere.
So, take that what you may. There's not a lot of options in Grass Valley so we're kind of stuck.

I like to shop local and family owned but my last experience was very unpleasant the cashier was unfriendly unhelpful I felt like I was bothering her, a few days later I called to complain they asked who I was complaining about I told them and they transferred me to her ! Very unprofessional! I am a senior and I have a choice where to by my pet supplies. Incredible Pets will get my money from now on

Really helpful staff. Also, they are willing to share experience and knowledge. The loading area and store had good, simple accessibility. Like most retail stores, they still have too much plastic packaging. 5 stars for someone who can ban blister packs.
