Did not visit. Picked up my son who works there. Visitors are generally not allowed.

Sent a 22lr in for repair. Sig deemed unrepairable. Offered replacement 9mm. I wanted a 22lr. Don't make 22lr anymore. Settles for replacement 9mm. Waited 2 weeks no shipping info. Called and they don't even have the replacement in stock. Will be weeks before they start making them in told. Told coustmer service rep I guess I'll have to walk around unarmed for weeks, his reply was sounds good, have a good day.

My advice is find another gun company to purchase from unless you like waiting weeks, possible months to get a replacement that is nothing like the gun you send to them.

Totally unacceptable.

I've been waiting on it to ship since October 4th. That's 6 weeks and 4 days. I'm starting to think I'm getting ripped off.
