Standard grocery store but with an Ace hardware attached to it.

If you're passing through to get to any of the National Park sites or 4 Corners, be warned! If you have any special dietary requirements and need something in particular that is allergen free, this is not the place to come get it. Get it in Phoenix. Get it in Flagstaff. Get it in Albuquerque. I have Celiac disease and there were very, VERY few gluten free options available in the store. Even the Navajo blue cornmeal that is sold here says "may contain wheat."

Get your allergen specific groceries ahead of time elsewhere before your visit.

If you don't have any health conditions requiring special foods, there are some hot foods available and the prices seem very reasonable for a place that is quite remote.

It's very nice and convenient to have a good supermarket in the community. The cashiers in front are quite friendly and helpful. For that, I say THANK YOU and you deserve 5 stars.
1 star is given because of the following. We stopped there in the evening at 6:15 p.m. to purchase some hot food in the Deli-Hot Foods Section, only to be disappointed. They said they had run out of the hot ribs and other food items, except for chicken. A customer informed us that they, and others have witnessed the reason they run out too soon, is because the employees start packing up the hot food early for themselves to take home and were heard saying, "This is mine, this is mine" etc.
It is ridiculous and an embarrassment of them to hoard and take for themselves, instead of selling to paying customers. It is because of activities such as this that good businesses are not so prevalent on the Diné Nation or able to thrive. Dishonesty on the part of a few, certain individuals is there, which in turn, ruins it for others. If you do this in the greater outlying towns or cities, it would be reasonable cause for dismissal. I strongly suggest that the management of Lowes keep on the look out for this kind of practice, and put a stop to it for the customers. Thank you for your time and attention.

We found this large store to be very clean and the employees happy to be there. What we originally came for was out-of- stock, but we made an acceptable substitution. Clerk number 455 helped us check out and he was was quite pleasant. In this day of indifferent service and that mostly with attitude, it was refreshing to find someone who was free of that, and I thought this was worth a comment.

I live in the outbacks 13 miles east of Many Farms, AZ. I will drive 70+ miles one way to shop at this Lowe's market in Burnside. Produce choices are always fresh, shelves are 90% stocked, bakery items are great and the deli is always pretty good. I usually get the fried chicken breasts with a veggie side. The staff is friendly. My only complaint is how my groceries are bagged....soft items get smashed on bottom...but I'm usually watchful that it doesn't happen again. I also love the fact that I don't get hounded by lot lizards for money. So yup...my shopping experience has been great so far. ?

Excellent place for lunch time and local bakery for this area. Usually get my groceries from here, to avoid travelling more then 30 miles. The sea food boil bag is awesome here as well as the ace hardware store. I get my chainsaw services here, only because of how local it is. Associates are friendly and helpful at times.
