The personnel at this facility are awesome. I had a 1600 delivery appointment but was worried I would make it due to a 1400 doctors appointment about 9 miles away. I contacted their Transportation department at 10 am the day before the delivery. I had received 2 emails but the final decision vhad not been issued. I decided at 0700 to just go to the facility and ask if they could assist. Upon arrival they knew about my situation and told me to go to door 80. I was loaded and departed by 1200. Ever since the company went to a contact less check in and check out, the entire system has been horrible. You can never get an answer on the phone, or when they do they have shift change and tell you to wait. It never ever took more than 10 mins to drop and hook with paperwork. Now plan on spending 30 mins + for a drop and hook. Will avoid this place in the future. Nobody want to do their job. Good luck to the rest of you.

I enjoy seeing familiar faces and I get good customer service. They provide a great atmosphere and have compassion for the drivers who deliver there bulk products. Sunday morning December 3rd 2023 treated me great and has once again a passion for the task and Job and where appreciative to accommodate and help to get the load secured and unloaded in a reasonable time. I help by doing my part and watching the unloading process and very careful to make shure every thing runs smoothly. Thank you shearers from a Smooth operator.

If you are pick up load here be ready to sit for at least half the day, probably significantly longer. My appointment at 3pm i checked in around 1:30pm and i get dock at 6:30pm and they done loading my trailer around midnight never come back on this location

Delivering bulk potatoes here is the worst I’ve ever delivered to. All the negative reviews are accurate. My appointment was at 2200 on 08/04/21. Checked in at 21:50 pm on 08/04/21. Unloading 12:30 pm. 08/05/21 14 hours
I recommend you drivers don’t come to this warehouse

This place is wonderful. I just got unloaded at their bulk potato receiving. The staff was very helpful and friendly. He helped guide me the whole time and even helped with my landing gear. I will recommend this place to all the drivers.
Best experience at a receiving place ever!

Came here for a pick up this is my second time and took them about 4 1/2 hours to start loading me up. there’s no trucks here not a good place to come pick up. Very slow.

Try to avoid this facility for pickup . Appt was at 3pm, checked in at 1 pm, now is midnight, and I had just parked to the dock, and only after the shift had changed and I had expressed everything I thought about this organization. Absolute disrespect for the work and time of drivers who are forced to stand next to each other on the road for hours like dogs.
