Stop in this morning (Mother’s Day) it was about 10:15 they were busy. My server was Cami, she was very efficient. This is a family owned and operated business. I met the owners and one of their daughters. Everyone seemed to worked together nicely. I even met a long time employee of over 38 years. Good food, friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be back when in the area.

Second time I’ve been in this restaurant and the second time it is taken over 45 minutes to get my food place was not that busy. At least this time they discounted my meal. Most the staff seemed friendly, but completely disorganized and it appeared several orders were not correct with other customers. I also had problems with a couple flies that I could not get away from my table. I work in this area every other week and I try to support local business, but unfortunately, I don’t think I can support this one again

This restaurant is a hidden gem in Williamston, NC. The buffet is filled with Southern Staples and delicious soul. I forgot to take a picture of my plate. I was too busy enjoying my meal.
Whenever I visit family in Plymouth, NC, I will always visit Shamrock restaurant just a few miles away.

First visit to this restaurant. We were meeting an out of town friend for breakfast, and this seemed to be the only one in the area. There was a nice selection of breakfast items to choose from, and the prices were very fair. The portions were good for the price, and the food was tasty.

If I wanted to taste animal hide, I would’ve grabbed a spear and went hunting in the woods, NOT walked into Shamrock thinkin’ I was about to enjoy a good meal. 🥴 Baby, when I tell you this food was nasty? I mean rubber-texture, no-seasoning, who-approved-this-menu type nasty. The meat was giving chewed leather, the sides had zero love, and I’m still trying to figure out what that weird aftertaste was — trauma, maybe?

The vibe? Dry. The service? Meh. The flavor? Missing in action.

Do better Shamrock, ‘cause right now y’all cookin’ like y’all mad at the customers. 👎🏾

Went for breakfast and got their special-ribeye with eggs, toast, and potatoes for $9.99. You can't beat that. The place is a little dated but the servers were all very friendly. Got our food fast and everything was seasoned and tasted good.
