Have to park your truck in the parking area on the south side of the lot and then check in at the guard shack... I'm used to driving up to the guard shack and securing a dock door. But anyways. This place is WAY crowded then expected. My dock door was R5 and had to exit the property and follow the orange line around (exit the lot) and turn right, (SMALL STREETS BE AWARE) take that street around the building (Right turn and Right turn onto Virginia) drive to the second gate... NOT THE FIRST, that one is an EXIT. Receiving office is near dock door 26 wedged in the corner. Security booth lol is in the middle of the lot once you pull in, let him cut the seal and tell you to back your truck up to your dock door provided from the guard shack up at the front, take your BOL to the receiving office after you have parked at the dock door. Also there is a lumper fee after all of this too -_- by the way to slide your tandems until you get positioned with your dock door. The PARKING LOT IS SUPER SMALL for these sleeper cabs... not my favorite spot to deliver tbh. 9am appointment and they finished at 1:15pm... good luck with the wait time. I had 2 orders in my trailer, 1 order was 4 pallets and the other order was 18 pallets. They take their time on unload.

Maybe I got lucky twice but both times I checked in at 4:30am for a 6am appt, I was given a door at 5:30am and was out by 7am. This was for the frozen side (R1-R30 doors) I made a map so there’s less confusion. They will direct you where to go after check in.

My appointment time is 10 am. I complete my check in 8 am. They give a door 1pm and unloading complete at 3.30 pm. When you come here take food and water because these guys take 6 to 8 hours unloading

Wish all truck would stay in right lane. Yep that lane (93) passing Chloride is really dangerous but its because the road people won't fix it . The passing is getting bad because trucks don't like rough right lane. Please use the right lane and not make deep pot holes left lane for bikers to die from.

4pm Appointment, arrived 1pm. No door till 4am next morning. Offloading started 10am next morning. Paperwork ready 1pm. They are holding all trucks hostage. This is my last load, no more Shamcrack deliveries.

Order selector for 10 years and management only cares for money. Health Board needs to come here every week due to cross contamination issues. We select orders from raw chicken and touch many fresh items. Items always fall on contaminated flooring and we ship to customers everyday. Please can someone help this company and the management with their poor judgment ?

It's kind of crazy when you catch your boss purposely erasing and sabatiging your work so he could write you up for it so you call him out and end up losing your job because they are friends with HR....this place abuses its employees to no end. Forget ever getting sick here you will be bullied and edged out of your job for taking time off even if your wife almost dies.
