We were warmly greeted as we walked in the door which was a nice change of pace for fast food restaurants. We were given a quick tutorial on the menu and amazing suggestions. We ordered, went to use the very clean bathroom and came back to our food ready and waiting. There were lots of tvs, games and outdoor seating. We were there later in the evening so we didn't get time to experience all the different options for play. My only complaint would be that it was a little on the expensive side. The root beer is a must!

After a long day of making the hour and a half drive to Denver to drop our family off and then picking them back up due to a missed flight, we were stressed and in need of a good meal. The Castle Rock location was clean, family friendly, the food is fresh, and the staff were amazing.

Tanner went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. He made sure we had everything we needed and was extremely attentive. Thank you! 10/10 in my book!

I write a lot of reviews of restaurants as an amateur. This one is simple. First, I have to keep in mind that it is called the shake shack. My family ordered four shakes that were phenomenal, one hamburger that looked like someone just threw it together as you can see from the attachments and two french fries for $55. You decide.

Our food was delicious. My burger was wonderful and my husband loved the chicken sandwich. Staff was so polite and courteous. Keilani walked through the restaurant asking customers if their food was good and if she could do anything for them as she was cleaning tables and chairs. As we were leaving she thanked us and offered to fill up our drinks. Her manager also walked through the restaurant and spoke with a family who had a question about how the burgers were cooked…. Medium or medium rare…. She wasn’t complaining, but he offered to cook another burger for her, to which she said no. She said that her burger was fine and she was just wondering but he offered again to cook a new burger for her. It was so refreshing to see great customer service!

Tried Shake Shake for the second time ever, after getting it in New York City for the first time and not remembering how it was. Nothing special I guess, the burger was good..the meat is very tasty and you can taste the freshness. The chicken sandwich was just ok, very small and nothing much to it for $10. The fries were good, but again expensive.
Overall it was ok, nothing extraordinary that makes me want to come back. The prices being very high are also another reason.

Came here today for just some quick food, and it did not disappoint! It was actually my first time trying Shake Shack, so I was pleasantly surprised. To start, I was able to order off a kiosk, no human interaction, and for an introvert like me, that's a feature I enjoyed. The atmosphere was also nice, with your definitely upper fast food looks.

When I got my food, it wasn't terribly priced, also not the most affordable thing, but the food made up for it! When I say this is the freshest fast food burger I've ever had, I'm not kidding. It was very hot, the ingredients were all very fresh tasting, and I couldn't have asked for anything differently. I ordered the bacon cheese burger, in which the Patty's were extremely juicy, with a tender outer crust. The bacon was crispy, I was a fan, and the cheese aside from being American was (well) melted to comfort all sides of the patty.

Overall, I've had a great experience at shake shack, I can't wait to return!

First time ever at Shake Shack. First off, such a clean and bright environment. We were greeted by JT who was very friendly and helped us out. Easy to order at the kiosk, so many options. As soon as I took my first bite I said out loud “this is the best burger I’ve ever had”. SO GOOD!
