Worst place to deliver load. I wish i could give 0 stars.
Stay away from this place guys they never have room for your load and then after 8 hours they send you aonother warehouse in different city to deliver.

First time here. Pickup small order 11 pallets.
Appointment 3:00. Loaded with paperwork 3:20. Smooth operation. Not busy so not have to wait guess maybe beginners’ luck for me 😊

Nice place to pick up. Arrived early for appointment. Checked in at the window and was told to wait in the truck until a dock became available. Be careful around the turns. Enough room to maneuver but not much extra. Friendly staff. One took the time to show me where to check in. Excellent experience!

Everything was ok for me. I checked in at 12.45 pm for 1 pm appointment and i was out by 2pm with full trailer. Employees were cooperative. Wide place, easy to back in to the dock, portable restrooms on-site.

Don't go early you WILL wait. Tight turn getting in the back, barbed wire scratched my passenger side all up. Tractor trailers everywhere, little to no parking space. DO NOT GO EARLY. Looks like a concentration camp.
***Now that I got that off my chest.
They loaded me up really fast.
Then I had to navigate through the maze of waiting Tractor trailers. To get out.
DONT SHOW UP EARLY...YOU WILL WAIT.

What is the problem here in this company Multi Million dollar company and the entry and exit here for Trucks sucks !!! while for passenger cars they made a beautiful wide entrance and a lot of space !
I do not know what an idiot invented such a project that truck drivers must be careful not to break off the axle and even some of the corners of the building!
Next problem here is waiting for loading. drivers wait here for hours !
And finally time to put new info sign at call box at main gate for truck ! 😎 information sign how to call you! Info sign it's all ragged and nothing can be read on it 👎

Bring some PPE, this place makes my eye balls hurt also enough food for the week; you'll be here a while if you show up early.

There's no way the workers here aren't affected in some way by all the particles in the air inside the building without masks on. I don't think a hair net is over the nose is cutting it.
