Guard check friendly and the shipper office my app was 2pm-3pm get early he’s very cool guy professionally and willing to work with drivers , broker wanna us to load up 20 skids and estimate load is 17 skids , I had my suspicions I reached out to my dispatcher finally issues fixed

Security is friendly and helpful, guy at the shipping desk has a issue with his life and is rude… waiting for 3 hours still no dock assigned it’s only for pickup, it’s only 3 skids… have no respect for drivers time.
