Great coffee/breakfast spot off Main Street in Breckenridge. No tables and chairs here, just an order and pickup at the window type of vibe and move on with the rest of your day. Whether you're walking around checking out the shops or in town getting some runs in on the mountain, this place is wonderful to stop at for a quick bite and a coffee. Will definitely remember this cafe next time I'm in Breck! I got a Mocha Latte and it was delicious, warmed me up when it was 10° out earlier today.

We got a coffee. They had a seasonal syrup, that was pecan flavored. It was awesome. Maybe cause we we're walking around in 14 degree weather!

Cool little walk up spot, but two days in a row it takes 10-15 min of waiting just to get a latte with only 1-2 people ahead of you (however great lattes). The staff were really nice. But I felt no sense of urgency especially when you assume a walkup place would be super quick.
Ordering ahead probably helps if you're on a time crunch.

I tried Semplice again after a long break. Before the long break I had two bad experiences. One experience the staff was rude while I was asking about coffee options that aren't listed on any menu giving me attitude as if I was dumb for asking about my options. The second bad experience was about timing, I had called in an order, checked into the window, and from there they had me waiting over 30 minutes for smoothies.

I never felt compelled to go back since I am not a fan of the coffee anyways, it's always bitter, but that might just be my tastes. The issue I had this time was with the bacon, egg, cheese bagel sandwich. The bacon comes as bits of bacon which wouldn't be such a problem if they weren't clumped on only one side of the sandwich.

I had the turkey gluten free bagel and it was great! Recommend if you have celiac or gluten allergy. Staff took the extra step of sanitizing the prepping area.

The daddy Matt burrito is so good. Definitely took it to another level. The mix of sweet and spicy is incredible. And the sweet hot sauce really puts it over the top!!!

We loved this restaurant! I have celiac, and the staff was very knowledgeable and aware of cross contamination. They have separate cooking spaces/equipment for the gluten free items. The sandwiches were so good that we came 3 days in a row. Great service and great food!

We had a smothered breakfast burrito and a goat cheese/beet/carrot/balsamic panini, and they were both delicious. They have a small patio with good shade, and it was really the perfect lunch.
