I recently purchased a 2024 Low Rider S from Scorpion Harley-Davidson, and I can honestly say the entire experience was absolutely incredible from start to finish. I walked in hoping for a smooth process, but what I got exceeded all expectations.

We visited 4 different dealerships. Scorpion customer service blew the others off the road. We bought a beautiful Harley and had it delivered the next morning. We were treated with respect and appreciation. There are no hard pressure, slick and aggressive sales tactics. Prices ARE CLEARLY VISIBLE. ( Take note other large dealership that does not tag bikes.) We are Harley owners for decades. The product sells itself. Absolutely NO reason to try used car salesman tricks. Post sale follow up is 5 star.

Initial contact with the service department was delayed due to internal communications failure at the dealership.

Had both forks rebuilt on my 2017 Road King Special.

I am a technician and mechanic by trade, 40 years. I expected the service desk to give me details on what the $700+ job. I guess my expectations were too high. I had to make
inquiries, and only got a minimal amount of details.

Tried to get the bike into them a couple days early due to my travel requirements, but could not get a call returned.

Explained a noise sometimes heard from the forks. Noise still happens, no reason given, assuming the mechanic was told. Did not see a note on the invoice about it. Sounds like a spring in the tube makes a loud click on the first or second fork compression when forts applying front brake. Brakes appear to be solid.

Fork seals appear to be seated and functional.

Staff was cordial, service appears to have been competently performed. I’m just used to a bit more personalized service for a first time customer here. Things like who the mechanic is working on my bike, what is his experience level, and I always like pictures of the failed part.

Good assortment and accessories of HD stuff. During our visit they had some great Manager Special offers with great discounts.

Danny runs a great shop with good people who are obviously happy working together, that leadership results in a great customer experience.
