Annual Event at Sciabica's Olive Oil Company today. Vendors, food trucks, track 424 beer sampling in their parking lot. We had a pizza with sticky balsamic on it. OMG, it was so good. I'm going to put in on all of the take-n-bake pizzas we bring home. Yes, we bought olive oil and balsamic. Bought garlic and cilantro olive oils for the Blackstone. Event runs till 3pm today.

We had driven by this place in passing on several occasions, but never have made it a point to stop. Passed by again on Friday 8/23 which happened to be their case sale and farm2fork event and made a U turn this time. So glad that we finally did! All kinds of local food trucks and vendors w/samplings. What a great day to check it out. Left happy with a variety of different olive oils. All of them are amazing. So nice to have this place nearby.

Enjoyed a wonderful presentation with Craig at Sciabica's where he taught me and my group Modesto Sunrise Rotary about the history, benefits, and different types of Olive Oil. It was very interesting to learn about the rich history of the Family Owned Business and how they have such a strong and recognized name in the industry.

I love their olive oil, especially the basil flavored. I send their products for gifts all the time. It's the only place I know who carry the Stanislaus Foods pasta sauce. Worth a trip here for us locals, but their olive oil products also ship for a good price.
Update: 3/28/23: We just attended an olive oil tasting and learned so much about the process of making their great olive oil. We also got to try beer from their new Track 424 brewery.

Oh so good oh so very good. I can’t decide what flavor is my favorite I love them all & must keep stocked. For 1 person I sure have a large variety of flavors but that’s how I like to cook a d eat & how I dip my bread. Love their balsamic also! Today was just the small sampler since low on most a d on a budget. Yum yummy

wow. buying good olive oil online can feel a little risky. being able to taste the varietals is helpful and the small family place we had found in person stopped selling online. but i took a chance with sciabica's and i'm SO GLAD! both bottles were delicious, and i loved them both. ordering again and getting even more varieties and i know they will be great.
also: efficient and well priced shipping.

Words alone can not describe their Oli'O's. ▪︎I own multiples of every flavor. I always buy extra bc I hate running out. I use all of them in a variety of food dishes, recipes & as a base for marinades. ♡♡♡ My favorite is jalapeno oil over popcorn instead of butter. Not too much heat, just lots of flavor. For example: Garlic or jalapeno for eggs, basil & garlic for pastas [or added] to my homemade Italian sauces. Lime & cilantro O.O for just about anything; hummus, salsas, chickpea salads, green salads, guacamole & Orange O.O for baking, etc.

I personally endorse all of Sciabicas products. I deliver or ship them around the country as gifts. (b-d's, thank you's, housewarming & Christmas.

I am not in anyway affiliated with Sciabica other than a faithful customer. ♡ You'll need to try it, to love it.
