I have tears of joy today!! My husband and I brought our cat to Dr. Klock last week. He was unwell and had a prolonged diarrhea problem, nausea, and vomiting. The Doctor did x-rays on him and gave him the right medicine. My pet had his first solid stool in many months!!! (I did take him to the vet before, it helped but he was still struggling). I am content now since he is doing much better. Dr. Klock was quite patient with answering my questions. The Doctor's Assistant was also great and very helpful. The ladies at the front desk were always nice and friendly. I recommend them 100%.

I must make another appointment ASAP. However, I needed to leave this review. I met with doctors or assistant and a doctor. That is neither here or there let’s talk about the quality of service!
They are exceptional! You immediately felt like you were with a family doctor! They originally came from Florida. And their hospitality is like no other in Westchester county. I will be there moving forward. My first appointment with them was back in September and I left out of their emotional because it’s hard to get good pet doctors that are gonna care for your animal and also you! I felt like I was in my living room thank you so very much. You definitely created an impact on me and my two fur sons we will be loyal and committed to continue services with this new and improved care for our beautiful fur babies

We brought our little Cairn Terrier puppy (Little Carmine) to see Dr. Klock yesterday. Both he and the tech assistant were wonderful. Amazing atmospher and informal friendly staff. Love this place and we will make it our go to for sure.

They have been amazing and very convenient for our baby storme. I can't wait for them to meet our baby Bier. They are very trusting, caring and make you feel comfortable as well as your fur baby. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

When it was time to get our rescue dog neutered, the shelter moved the appointment from their facilities to Saw Mill Vet last minute. What could have been an incredibly stressful situation was made so much better by the staff here. The front desk staff is warm and friendly. They made sure they could fit my dog in despite the error on the shelter’s part. They kept me updated throughout the day on how my dog was doing after the procedure. When my dog developed conjunctivitis a couple days later, our vet at the time would not schedule him until a week later unless I wanted to pay emergency pricing. I went back to Saw Mill, they got us in the next day and only charged us for the medication.

I’ve since transferred my dog’s care here and am very pleased with the decision. Dr. Klock is is very friendly, and provides great care. When my dog was too scared to get up on the exam table, Dr. Klock went over to the chair where he was sitting and examined him there. They take an informed but moderate approach to care which I greatly appreciate.

They were very punctual and gentle with my elderly cat. Didn’t not try to force extras and quoted us for future and potential visits he may need so we are prepared. Great staff and Doctors.

Brought my 12 yr old princess to get an immediate evaluation. We were so worried about a preexisting condition she has. As soon as we arrived the medical assistant was welcoming and harmonious. Dr. Klock absolutely shows his professionalism and care for animals. He took the time to explain everything that was going on with our girl and the best steps we need to take for her well-being. I absolutely recommend this Vet and will be bringing our other little pup soon.

The doctors and staff at Saw Mill Veterinary Care are very knowledgeable, talented, skilled, and most of all care deeply for the welfare of animals. Dr. Arthur Klock is an amazing doctor who saved the life of my Alaskan Klee Kai named Hotchi. There is a groomer on site who is the best I have ever seen who hand dried my dog who has gotten heat exhaustion 3 times from other groomers who use a crate and commercial dryer to dry dogs. Everyone here is a Class Act. My 2 dogs Hope and Hotchi and I are very Blessed to have found this vet. We have found a forever vet! We give them 8 paws up and two thumbs up!!!
