They are very polite and very helpful in there. When you can't find something and you ask them, you could always find somebody there to ask, not like Walmart. Next door to them, they're very helpful.

Do not shop at Exeter Save Co/ R-N Market. They buy and sell Bad Chicken to its customers. A person I know was fired today because he was informing customers not to buy the chicken. The company wanted him to freeze the bad chicken and sell at a later date. So just a heads up. You are eating rotten chicken from Exeter Ca Save co/R-N market. I will never shop at that nasty store ever again. Health department will be contacted

A bad experience ☹️ As we were on a roadtrip, we stopped at this supermarket to buy a bunch of products. The young boy who was the cashier, put the products in a bag…. We realised after a while that several products were not in our bag. It seems some of our products interested some one else… one calls that a theft.

Honest review: highest price store in town, despite the wide selection of available products, there is a large section of empty shelves. Consistent rotten odor near the front of the store has not been dealt with. Wouldn't trust the meat here.

This is a wonderful neighborhood store. Though they keep it very cold even in the winter time. Prices are reasonable. Sweetest watermelon I've found in this 2017 season.
2019- Always clean and stocked. Parking lot is well lit at night.

Their prices are usually better than the other store in town. Although I do like the atmosphere @ the other store & R&N has a smaller selection of the items i usually need. This store is outdated but once you get past that it's not so bad. Meat/produce prices are low and the employees are friendly. We do enjoy the music in the parking lot a little more than we should I must say. There's songs from the 90's playing...we like to sing along and embarrass the kids 🙂

I shop here somewhat regularly. I try not to shop at the Exeter location, though. It smells like old litter box or rotting meat. Meat prices have been pretty high everywhere, but I just realized I paid almost $20 for three pounds of ground beef 🙁 With the increased cost of living, I'm having a hard time affording my groceries even from R-N Market- usually a pretty cheap store. Cost of living keeps going up, my salary stays the same... raising minimum wage makes cost of living go up again, and it's the same thing over and over year after year. Sigh.
There may be a problem with their meat area cooler; the chicken I bought from there was a little warm. Luckily, the chicken wasn't bad (cooked it last night). I hope they can see this review and deep clean their meat department and repair the coolers. Toss out the bad meat every day and keep the meat coolers clean- I think that's where this smell is coming from. If they can clean up there store more, and make sure they are keeping their produce clean (they tend to over water the produce, causing it to go bad faster), they may find even more customers would be willing to go to their store over the SaveMart down the street. This would impact profits to go up. A good clean up and some needed repairs are the only price.
