For the most part, I have had very good experiences with shopping here. More than one staff member has been helpful and friendly. Today I checked out with a cashier who was new ot me. Her name is Kiah and she was VERY personable, friendly, and helpful. Very nice lady.

Always understaffed, and the self checkouts are by far the worst I’ve ever used, you put an item down after scanning it, and it half the time doesn’t register right so you end up having to have the self checkout lady come over and fix it multiple times. And since they are understaffed you end up waiting to long to get help. Also the monopoly game they had advertised is a joke, after opening probably $200 plus tickets and not winning a thing. Safeway does it much better and actually staffs there store better as well

Man, cashier was very Fake. Not a nice person and I bought a gift card and was jut mean and cold. Rally left the store upset. This used to be the store I always went to. Not going to be anymore. Fake smile. Oh they hate people who where backpacks and guess what people who wear backpacks are angered by you. Just because we wear an item that holds inventory does not mean you can treat us sub human or assume we are trained thieves coming to rob you. Women can use huge purses and they are not looked at this way. I'm getting fed up with everyone judging and even discriminated almost every time going into this store i feel. Be careful camras are everywhere. I'm currently learning how to not care what others think. But it's hard when their choices influence their actions.

Save mart? Scam mart. Majority of deals on items require you to use their app now which they obviously just want so they can sell to 3rd parties that want your consumer data. Without using the app and having your data stolen and sold off to random companies, you will end up paying full price and you might as well just go to Safeway across the street now where your phone number alone gives you savings without an app.

Again, save mart is under new ownership. Hopefully this will go a little smoother than the last one. And hopefully they'll put the pharmacy back in. They did not get rid of the pharmacy. They just put a wall over it. Tear the wall down and put the medication back in. those of us that are disabled. It makes it easier to get our groceries and our prescriptions at the same time. New owners, please hear me.

Excellent service. Overall prices and deals? Highway Robbery is the only thing that comes to mind. Tri tip buy one get one free? @ $36.00 a pice? Sorry, someone should file a civil litigation suit for false advertisement. Should be called SPENDMART. Foodmaxx in Santa Rosa, CA. Tri tip is $1.99 a lb. That same $36.00 tri tip is $13.68 at foodmaxx. Last time, I make that mistake. Savemart, save my shiny white A$$!
