10.25.24..I arrived at 851a for my 1030a appt. You have to stop at the gate and wait to get buzzed in. I parked and checked into the office. You have to complete a form and provide to to person at the window. You will need the C.A.R.B. number off the trailer, the tractor and trailer license number and state as well. See picture posted. They began loading around 926a and was done by 957a. I had bills in hand around 1025a. There is no parking but Loves and Pilot nearby.

I have been coming to this facility weekly for about 6 years now and I really look forward to arriving. Third shift is fantastic! I enjoy coming in and seeing the end of second and everyone on third. Employees are all very friendly and take good care of me when I come in to unload and reload; from the office to the docks they are all wonderful and hard workers. Load times are pretty normal and mostly quick and smooth. Parking lot typically has plenty of room and it’s kept pretty clean and easy to get around and back into the doors. Great job Saputo Paige, things have really gotten better the past couple years. Thank you !

Very nice people working in office. I checked in 2:40 for 4 pm appointment they done less then 2 hours. I saw one driver was late almost 2 hours for pickup but they didn’t say nothing no late fees .

Checked in an hour early at 7pm and was out at 9am. Alot of room to move around and back up. Entrance is off of K st. Make sure trailer is clean and that you have a padlock with 2 load locks. Friendly people and quick to load.

Diana often seems to single people out unnecessarily, which can create a difficult work environment for those involved. Additionally, she appears to withhold important details from new employees, which impacts their ability to perform confidently and successfully in their roles.

Managers are expected to foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere, helping all team members to thrive. Unfortunately, Diana’s behavior, including holding grudges, does not align with these values. I would urge the company to reevaluate its approach to promotions and to ensure that those in leadership positions embody the qualities that support and uplift the team.

My appointment was at 11:30 am, I arrived at 10:45 am, they checked me quickly and assigned me a door immediately, one hour and 20 minutes loading and one hour for Bol's, I left at 1:30 pm, three hours total, not bad.
Loaders and operators are very professional, friendly and work fast, the administrative staff are bitter and uncommunicative, the restrooms are disgusting but there are two great truck stops within a mile (love's and pilot) both with scales…. Good average

Over all Its ok palce to get load. One or 1 hour to Get door after check in then 30 min to get load and 30 min for paperwork . Cuz they will come and put seal. Have to wait for the clerk to do paperwork and seal. Over all 2-3 hours .
Need trailer clean. Washout pad lock. You can check in one hour early of your appointment
