This place was very nice and lively. The host greeted all of us right upon entry. When we got to our table our server was a little rude and nasty at first. Idk if she was overwhelmed because of her work load, but after a while she got better. All the food was very good and cooked to perfection. The drinks were A1 and made to the same standard as the first. Over all was a good visit.

Waitress was decent, but our meal was not. It’s easy to see why this place is struggling to fill seats on a Saturday. The prices are outrageous for what you are getting, but we would have been disappointed if the bill was half as much. French onion was bland, you could easily make better nachos in your microwave. I suppose the beer was decent? We left hungry and out $70 after 1 soup, 2 “happy hour” apps, and a kids meal. Never again.

Ava was our waitress and she was exceptional!! Very personable and attentive. Love that they had a March Specials menu as the prices have skyrocketed over the last year or so. Price of a Chicken Caesar Salad is almost $30.00!!! Same salad at Mooney's and other comparable places is more than $10.00 cheaper!! Prices of other items are very overpriced too in comparison to other restaurants. Food is good. Service at this restaurant is hit or miss, very unpredictable. When they're on they're on but when they're off and then the experience is awful. Hopefully they continue with monthly specials.

Best pub pretzel I ever had, worst french dip (all fat and ligament and onions were underdone). Got spaghetti instead of the fettuccine I ordered and it was completely adequate. The honey flatbread was fine. It was a pizza, essentially.

Liked the visible brewing tanks and the place was comfortable and staff was really nice. I’d say this is a great place to grab beers and apps before or after other stops.

On my way into the Buffalo wild in galleria mall I met a gentleman that apparently works in the restaurant, very friendly and helpful. He told me that he worked at this restaurant, and that I should try it, did just that! Although there is in a wheelchair assessable by end to open the doors of this restaurant, the floors are very assessable. The tables are properly height and the customer service impeccable. The only reason I give this restaurant A4⭐️ because it took a bit of time to get our food but once we got our food we were enjoying ourselves. I would definitely recommend the Cajun chicken wings to anybody the steps into this restaurant. And definitely, I would go back. Let’s just make the timing a little bit less for the weight lol.

I dined in at Santora's. The customer service was excellent. The waitress that served us did an amazing job. The food was average. The only dish that was really good was the cheesy bread appetizer that I ordered. Was disappointed with the steak that i ordered. Ordered funnel fries as dessert and one order was enough for our table of 7.

Dined here for lunch last well, overall a a fine experience- we had good food and did not have any complaints.

This is a large space and was well decorated, while not quite busy at lunch I can imagine on a weekend or during the busy holidays this place would be jam packed and quite loud.

While ordering the common discussion at our table was the prices on the menu, everything seemed to be 10-15% than we would have expected. Once we ordered and the food came it was apparent the portion sizes were XL and helped to justify the cost. Off the bat though seeing nearly $18-20 for a burger, chicken wrap for $17, and garlic knots for $8.50 was steep.

Overall the food was tasty, and made with quality ingredients- none of us found the flavors lacking, and it was all fresh made to order.

Our waitress was pleasant and checked in on us; my only “complaint” if there had to be one was that when she did come to the table she smelled like cigarettes. I understand people smoke, but it was off putting to us.

Good selection of beer on tap, great looking bar too. The food was good but certainly more pricey than the quality or the ambience justified. I liked the pizza the most - the crust was just the right thickness and crispiness with perfect amounts of cheese And toppings. Friendly staff at the bar who were quick to get me refills. I will surely come back here if i travel through the area again.
