I booked Sanchez farm for my Bf's 50th birthday party, and this place was perfect. It is very spacious inside and outside, had lots of parking space, and very clean. The owner Lydia was very helpful, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. She even helped with setting up the day before and cleaning up after the party. Thank you for your hospitality Lydia! I highly recommend this place!!!

Attended a wedding here a few months ago. They require you have security, but that really isn’t necessary as the owner is there walking around the whole time like a hawk, looking for things to yell about. As people were setting up decorations and drinks, the owner comes and starts yelling at the groom for something involving her restroom. Which none of us even used since we were so preoccupied setting up. Cursing him out. We were sure to clean up everything before midnight as stated in the contract, and it looked perfect. We spoke to the owner and asked if everything looked fine. To which she says, “Yes, it looks great, you guys are good to go and you’ll get your deposit in a few days. Two weeks pass and the deposit was never returned. When she was finally asked about it, she instantly, and I mean instantly sends a picture of “damage”, that we caused to her granite table. It was as if someone took a large knife and scraped it across the counter. Seemed a little too convenient that she didn’t bring up the issue until she was asked out the deposit. Obviously, this must be some kind of tactic that she uses to try and keep deposits. If you read the rest of the reviews on here, this seems to be the running sentiment for Sanchez farms. She’s nice until she has your money. Would not recommend this venue to friends, families, or even people I don’t particularly like.

I attended my cousin's wedding a few months ago. The owner was rude and made everyone feel uncomfortable.. Especially the groom on his special day!!! I witnessed her yelling/ making threats towards him for 5 minutes straight for finding a papertowel in the toilet. I mean come on? LADY IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB THEN JUST SAY THAT.. but, don't ruin other people's special day just because you're unhappy! anyway y'all don't give this lady any time of day and rent somewhere else!!

Had my dad's birthday and it was great but Went for my nephew's wedding nice place (small place) owner was rude watching like a hawk and after you pay to have the event you have to do your own cleaning; what the heck. Will never recommend anyone there unless owner changes her attitude

Worst experience ever!!! None of my guests had fun everyone complained about the owner!! Kids go yelled at for nothing and at the end of the night she got worse!! Do not rent you will regret it!!! Not worth it

Why have a coordinator if the owner takes over! she is rude. Why rent the place and than close it down early 😡
