Way better than Costco. I can find a parking spot. It's easy to get in and out of. They have a scan and go option. Which makes it so convenient, you don't have to stand in a check out line. They also have a pick up option. I use this regularly. They put it in my trunk and I'm off to my next errand. Love it!
I get anxiety just trying to find a parking spot at Costco and their check out line, no thanks. It's too much. I can do Sams any day!

I am changing my original 1 star to a 5 based on customer service rep Tammie . As stated we have had a problem with scan and go for months. After mutiple visits, phone calls and emails to no avail, we went back one more time. Tammie (who had tried to help us many times) was the hero of the day! She took the initiative to get us a new membership number ( after we were told by a team lead we could not get a new one for at least a year) Tammie called Synchrony and did all the leg work for getting new master cards. Throughout the entire process, she has been friendly, professional, patient, empathetic, and genuine in trying to solve this problem. She went above and beyond to resolve this. Tammie is the person you want dissatisfied customers to see.Tammie deserves all the praise and a raise!
We have been faithful members of Sam's for 17 years, In Nov. we had to get a new cc . Since then our scan and go has not worked. We have been to the customer service desk multiple times, spoken with the Sam"s help desk in conjunction with service desk. we have taken screen shots of the problem and emailed them to the help desk, deleted the app, deleted cc info etc. My husband opened an account under his name, same problem new day. We went again to the service desk, where a sweet trainee called for a manager to assist. This girl was not helpful at all, when I made the comment, that I was about to quit Sam's her response was "You could do that" Thanks ,but #1 I don't need your permission. I know it is hard to find good help, but this young lady is not doing your store a service. Another associate Yvette was helpful and said this had happened to her as well, she recommended that we call and have them reset the scan and go We will be doing this asap. I will say she was more helpful, concerned and apologetic in the 5 minutes I spoke with her than so called team leader. If this does not work we will be leaving Sam's!

I am deeply disturbed by the experience my fiancé and his elderly mother had at your store. My fiancé, who is a third-generation American of brown descent, was unfairly stereotyped by a tall, middle-aged Caucasian man. While at the register, the employee appeared to watch him closely, almost as if assuming he was attempting to steal, despite my fiancé’s clear transparency. He purposely stood in front of the cashier to ensure he could see every item being scanned.

It is disheartening that such treatment was based solely on race, particularly when my fiancé is a successful individual who drives a luxury car and owns a multi-million-dollar home. This kind of assumption is not only unjust but also deeply troubling.

Though my fiancé was understandably upset, he asked that I not mention the employee’s name due to the inappropriate and offensive comments he made toward him, which were both unprofessional and hurtful. However, I believe it’s important for others to be aware of this behavior. This type of discrimination and hostility is unacceptable in any setting, especially in a customer service environment.

I hope that your team takes this matter seriously and addresses it accordingly to ensure that no one else has to endure this kind of treatment in the future.

I just bought 4 things, and the person at the door had to rescan all 4 of them ... and then I had to wait because the scanner went down.

This is the 3rd time this month something like this has happened.

This is a dumb system. It's an annoying inconvenience to your customers, and I'm sure your staff hates it to. Please put your people back at the registers and have them ring us up themselves, or stop ming them redo everything we just did.

I gotta say Sams Club at Castle Rock is doing customer service right. Big shoutout to TINA, who went above and beyond to deliver my New 85" T.V. After being unable to pick up my huge" T.V, due to it not fitting in my SUV, she offered to deliver it to my home after work in her own truck the same day!!! If that's not going above and beyond idk what is. Thanks to TINA, I am enjoying the nuggets get this win tonight on my brand new T.V. !

One of the only upsides about this sam's is how dead it is. It seems they have 4 employees running the whole store and it shows. Their options for products pales in comparison to Costco. Checking out is a nightmare with nobody running the self checkout and when it comes time to pay good luck with their card readers actually working. their cafe is the worst part. Always 1 person running it and they are out of literally everything by the time you're even able to get up to order. Their own brand liquor options are fairly solid but wildly inconsistent with what's in stock. Store is clean and they do have good snack options but not much else. Unfortunately this is the only bulk store local to castle rock but if you don't mind the drive I would definitely suggest saving your money for costco.
