Such a cute spot with cozy seating, awesome artwork, and yummy drinks! The bartender was great and friendly. I had the cucumber basil gimlet and my partner had the whiskey sour - we both thoroughly enjoyed our cocktails. We will surely come again next time we're in town. 10/10 would recommend

Salida Distillery is an adorably perfect place to enjoy GREAT views, FABULOUS drinks and WONDERFUL staff! And yes this includes their blue tick hound dog Snoopy Batman (VIP). Their craft cocktails are well-balanced and not over done. The spirits speak for themselves- delicious, aromatic, and smooth. 10/10 cannot recommend enough! Cheers!

A MUST VISIT IN SALIDA! Visited on a Saturday afternoon with a group of friends and there was plenty of space for our crew. The aesthetics are 100% — you can even see how they make the spirits. Good luck having only one drink here!

Nice drinks, so I’ll start with that but the fact the bartender plays with a dog and then makes your drink without washing his hands I would think would be a health violation.
