I made my first trip today and it won't be my last. I'm glad I got to go in person and learn about all of the different cuts of meat. Paul was extremely helpful, helping me choose what I could eat with my alpha gal allergy. I am really excited to try the burgers 🍔 I will definitely be coming back to try more soon. I purchased a box of Ostrich steaks. Prices are fair, shipping was fast and the flavor is superior!!!!
I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Update: After a few internet orders and a trip to a farmers market to clear them out of steaks I have to say I have never been disappointed. I had the rare opportunity to buy an eating egg and can't wait to try it.

Absolutely delicious!! I was recently diagnosed with AGS (Alpha Gal Syndrome) which is a tic born illness that has made me allergic to any red meat or red meat bi-products. I am a big venison and beef steak guy so I was devastated. That is until a friend of mine that has had AGS for a couple years told me I could have Ostrich meat and suggested Salger's. I immediately ordered six 8 OZ steaks. I received them yesterday and cooked one up last night. It did not disappoint at all! Thank you Salger's for giving me the ability to eat a steak again!!

I am lucky to live close to this farm. It’s great to be able to stop in and grab the products I use. Ostrich is a great alternative to beef and is very lean. My children love when I make ostrich burgers from Salger’s
