November 19, 2024 : OTR- appointment at 4 AM, rang the bell multiple times, no response. I peeked through little window there was no one in the receiving office. Around 4:20ish I noticed 3 people and rang the bell again and the door opened.
I greeted them but received no response. All of them were rude and ignorant. Others reviewers mentioned tight spots which is absolutely correct.
This location and people working there are ridiculous.
I hope I never have to deal with them again.

I don't know why people have posted negative reviews. My appointment was at 5 AM. I. Checked in 4.45 and get out at 5.30. Nice people

Tight backing, no parking, complete disregard for drivers time. Arrived for 4am appt. 3 trucks unloaded and gone. Still sitting 2 hours later no movement at all checked in with lily miss attitude. She states we can hold you for 2 hours before unloading you “What The Flowers” moment going on here. Oh yeah and vest required

Don't come early. They do not have parking and it's a very tight location. I'm sitting and waiting for my 07:00 appointment while a driver with a 09:30 is trying to get his truck turned around to get out of here. So far it's taken him 22 minutes just to get turned around. Please park outside and walk over.

Salindo trucks parked all over the yard. Receiving office assigned a door that had a "Salindo" truck parked on it doing a pre-trip. I waited patiently for driver to finish and leave. Once he left (15 minutes) I pulled in. The receiving lady was waiting, to ask why I hadn't backed into another door. She wanted to know why I was wasting their time.
Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and rude are only a few of the adjectives that I have for this place. To top it off, their dock is extremely crowded and tight. To the point of being a hazard.
I sincerely hope I am never dispatched here again.
