i also want to comment as i am the husband and was the one who spoke to amy yesterday and they just spoke to my wife and made reasons why he was in a hurry due to weather and that they talked to several of the class members in that class and have yet to call the other individual from s a nd j foods as well as the oriental person who was there as well , and amy and the president saying they talk to several people saying he was not acting in that manner .i second that this company holds no value to a complaint on there staff or want to take responsability for there actions thus far only to make excuses as to why it may have happen . so if your a student in the near future be sure to watch yourself as this is the tradition they have set with us ,had i spoke to someone in a adult capacity that way the results would not have gone as easy as it did for him . so i concur that he should not be a employee of that company and for them to allow this to go un punished by him and amy is a poor customer service relations . and after amy spoke to me yesterday in the manner she did telling me they had spoken to some of the students when i know in fact later in the conversation she said they still had more to contact as well i put her on phone with s and j fish and chicken employee and she identifed that his behaviour was un becoming of a instructor ,and the biggest thing is how he said he was in charge of this and he didnt care what anyone else said says alot for how he doesnt respect the president of company as well as how they dont hold him accountable for how he speaks to paying customers furthering there job securities and should be respected in this choice for the money that has to be paid . i personally never got a call back they called my wife and i will not be satisfied till he is terminated .

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE FOR THIS ACCORDING TO THERE OFFICE UPON ARRIVING WE WERE STANDING IN HALLWAY LOOKING IN THE PERSON HOLDING THE CLASS SAID CAN I HELP YOU ,I SPOKE UP AT THAT TIME AS WE WALKED IN AND EXPLAINED THAT WE WERE TOLD TO BE HERE AT 3 PM TO TEST I HAD BROUGHT MY LAB TOP TO JUST IN CASE THEY NEEDED CONFIRMATION .THE MAN BECAME RUDE AND SAID I WAS SUPPOSE TO BE THERE AT 2 PM WE STARTED TO EXPLAIN THAT IS NOT WHAT WE WERE INFORMED AND HE IN A RUDE LOUD VOICE EXPLAINED THAT HE DIDNT CARE WHAT ANYONE ELSE SAID THAT HE WAS THE ONLY INSTRUCTOR FOR THIS AREA . WE AGAIN EXPLAINED THAT WE WERE ONLY DOING WHAT WE WERE INSTRUCTED . AFTER ALL OF HIS IDENTIFYING THAT WE WERE NOT SUPPOSE TO BE THERE HE HAS US WAIT TILL HE STARTED THE OTHERS TEST . THEN PROCEEDED TO SEPERATE US EVEN THOU OTHERS WERE SITTING TWO AT A TABLE. CALLED INTO THERE HOME OFFICE OR MY HUSBAND DID AND HE NEVER SAID A WORD TO THE GUY HE WAS TALKING DIRECTLY TO ME BECAUSE I HAD BEEN THE ONE IN CONTACT WITH THIS GROUP .EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPEN AND THEY TRIED TO TURN THE TABLES AND SAY THAT WE WERE RUDE HOWEVER THERE WERE 2 OTHER PEOPLE IN THE PARTY THAT WITNESS THIS AS WELL AND SPOKE TO US IN THE DEPARTURE ONE WORKS AT RESTERAUNT LEASED IN OUR STORE THE OTHER WAS A ORIENTAL MAN THAT THE INTRUCTOR WAS RUDE AND LOUD WITH AS WELL . BUT BASED ON PROVIDING THIS INFORMATION TO AMY SHE TRIED TO TURN THE TABLES ON MY HUSBAND AND SAY THAT SHE HAD TALKED TO ONE OR 2 PEOPLE AND WAS NOT HEARING THE SAME THING . MY HUSBAND REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO THE PRESIDENT OF THIS COMPANY AND HER BOSS AND YET HAS CALLED ME FOR MY VERSION OF WHAT TOOK PLACE , SO THE REASON WE OUR RATING THIS AS A ONE STAR IS THAT THIS WAS POOR COMMUNICATION DIS RESPECTFULL INDIVIDUAL RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS MAN SHOULD NOT BE TEACHING A CLASS AS WE HAVE LEARNED DOESNT FOLLOW THE GUIDES THAT ARE LISTED ON WEBSITE TO THE STUDENTS REGARDING ALL INFORMATION THEY ARE TO OBTAIN AS WELL AS BREAKS . WHICH HAD NO BEARING ON WHAT WE WERE THERE FOR OTHER THEN TO TEST . WHEN WE DID NOT GET A CALL BACK YESTERDAY IT SHOWS US THAT NOT ONLY DOES THIS COMPANY DIS REGARD US AS A PERSON AND A HUMAN BEING THAT THERE ONLY DESIRE IS TO TAKE MONEY AND TREAT YOU IN WHATEVER WAY THEY THINK THEY SEE FIT . I STRONGLY TELL ALL OF YOU TO LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR THIS IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A MAN TALKING TO A STUDENT OR CLASS PARTICIPANT WITH NO JUST CAUSE.
