Excellent food and great place in the middle of Pleasanton.

We ordered the chips with the dip, which was great (especially the dip). My wife ordered the spiked lassi, which initially was too cardamomy, but our host at the restaurant made one more with more citrus, which according to my wife was delicious. I got traditional gin and tonic, which was excellent.

For entree, our kid got the butter pasta, which was buttery and our kid cleaned his plate without any trouble. I got the lamb risotto, which was exceptional, after a long time I had such a well made risotto. My wife got the pumpkin ravioli, which was creamy and buttery and comes with pomegranate seeds, which gives a nice crunch.

For desert, we go the doughnuts, which was surprisingly the best dish that we tried. Freshly made doughnuts, with saucy apple in the middle, along with whipped cream.

Altogether, amazing place and highly recommended for family dinner.

Absolutely LOVED the service. Went there for an anniversary, and every employee i ran into wished us congrats. They had a sweet postcard on the table, wishing us a happy anniversary, just great service. The appetizers were to die for. My risotto was perfectly cooked, only dish i think was a little different from what I expected was the fish. The protein was amazing and the broth delicious, but the mushrooms were not my favorite. Everything else was heavenly. The dessert we had was the mint chocolate tart. OMG the best dessert I've had in a VERY long time. 5 starts

My husband and I wanted to try something different but have a course sit down for our 15 year anniversary. When searching Sabio popped up, so I scheduled reservations. I followed up with an email just to let them know what we were celebrating. To my surprise I was emailed back right away, and was given a few options on extras to celebrate. Today 7/29 was our reservations, and we were not disappointed. The good was exceptional in the 5 course. My husband whom does not care for duck loved it. I cannot even decide what was the best as all of it was scrumptious. We love the decor and the setting of the dinning room. From the hostess, to our server Ruben, and the support staff we had the best service we have ever had. Me being a manager of customer service I cannot express what it is like to receive exceptional service. Thank you to all the staff at Sabio.

What an awesome experience!!! Had my birthday dinner and would highly recommend it! They even had a card wishing me a happy bday. Our server Ruben was fantastic and attentive but not overly there, he knew exactly when to come.

We had the 5 course meal each and I have to say that there was more food than we expected. We truly loved 4 courses, starter🫠, appetizer🥰, entree🤩🤩 and dessert🤤🤤. The pasta dish left us confused since the flavor profile was there but the texture was not appealing. We also received a surprise strawberry gazpacho and just wow 🤤🤤. The photos do not give it justice.

Valentine's Day dinner was pretty good. 4-course fixed menu plus options all were great. Oysters were a pretty good addition. Great quiet atmosphere. Perfect service.

We celebrated our friend's birthday, everyone went with 5 course. Weekend we went their menu changed to Cosmo, it was perfect, it was to everyone's liking, plus we all got to share each other's course choice.
Prepare yourself for exquisite menu, my suggestion would be have lite lunch, it's a lot of food for 5 course meal. Have patience since dishes are spaced out, so you dont get overwhelmed and get to taste all the wonderful dishes. We were there for close to 2hrs, I had a great experience overall.
Butternut Rugosa soup was my absolute favorite, buttery nutty and comforting.
I really liked Sabio, definitely will go back for special occasion. Staff were very much involved with the presentation of each dish.

Originality, Presentation, Taste all included in the menu.
High end class at reasonable prices. The Quality of food is superb.
Worth a visit. The Bar has a wide selection including non-alcoholic drinks. If it's not in the menu, they are always willing to accommodate your request.
