Great place to deliver, hard working guys and very helful. Office opens at 2pm, come in and check in with the front desk guy he would give you Directions where to deliver your load. They work really hard to unload you, so be patient and respectful because this people are their best to take you out as soonest as possible. Remember that picking up and delivering poultry takes time so make sure you charge good.

Thank you Frankie and Agustin and rest of the crew for always working hard to take me out quick.☺️

Arrived at 6pm for a 8pm delivery appointment. It is now 12:30 am. I asked why is it soooo slow & what's taking so long for service and dock Forman got upset and said don't call is workers slow & threatened not to remove pallets from truck. I've seen other reviews with same issues, why is this company still open with rude & slow workers. Won't deliver here again

These are the orders they pull. The afternoon crew is the worst when it comes to service. FRANKIE is the fat supervisor who has anger issues and Carlos is the curly hair minion who spends his time relaxing on the clock with fat Frankie. So good luck with those two.

So I came in to the 4th st side I was told to go sign in on the Anderson side of the business I go in there’s a paper which I assumed was for the drivers to check in I see names and times and dates so I proceeded to sign in when I hear “Why di you sign in with a very aggressive tone of voice “Who told you to sign in why did you sign in why but at this point he got me upset his demeanor was like a fighting posture so he tells me I’m not unloading you gives me my paperwork back, so I proceeded to go back to the 4th st side Talked to Frankie who was cool at first he calls the guy to the front A Salvadoran looking guy with a snuggle tooth this snake comes in all cool and calm talking about I didn’t talk to him in any way I was oh really so Frankie started taking his side I was like this is outrageous I walked out upset said what I said then I came back talk to Frankie we worked it out Frankie’s cool he just has to be more aware of the way these fork lift workers talk to the drivers regardless of a mistake that this was my first time here mind you I wasn’t aware that list wasn’t for us my eyes aren’t that good either I was trying to speed it up but I got into this debate with these people any who “WARNING” on the Anderson side Central American guy with a snuggle tooth no good .

I got lucky and had a delivery on a Sunday at 1700, I arrived at 1500 and they got me into a door at 1600, I got parking right away (being a weekend) I can imagine the headache if it were during the week.

I had a meat load so my dock doors were on Anderson street, my heart and sympathy goes out to the ones that have to back into the docks on 4th street. Take your time backing in, not the tightest I’ve dealt with but preplan and make sure your truck is facing the right way so you don’t have to blindside 👍🏻

Super nice dock worker, told me to detach so other people backing into doors 1 and 3 wouldn’t hit my truck, unload took about an hour and a half for 20 pallets.

I am happy they took me a day earlier than appointment;however that being said when I was called it was by the rudest person I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I kept my composer but the owner of the company should definitely find out who it is. I'm giving only 3 stars due to this individual. I would go lower but that wouldn't be fair to the decent people working there and most of them were quite nice and professional other than 1 bad apple. There is limited street parking as well but manageable.
