The owners Phyliss and Joe are the most nicest people, and the employees are super. I highly recommend this place for your shopping needs.

Poor business practice and sad resolutions. Came in for one large garlic and herb roast beef sub. They ran out of garlic and herb in large (12 inches.). So I ordered two 6-inches. That makes 12inches which would be a large. They charged me 8.99 for 2- 6 inches. Making my bill about 19.42 for basically one 12 inch sub. The true price for a 12 inch is 13.00. I asked if they could correct it due to them not having the bread. Nope. Instead they say this is how they run their business. You either buy the two smalls or get nothing. The sub was good. 7/10. But not for 20.00 nor is the customer service good. They look miserable. I will not be back and you lost a few customers.

So much to love: the sandwiches, pizzas, desserts, sometimes appropriately cranky staff (in an Italian deli good way), meats, cheeses, but my favorite is their selection of sausages. Right now the Palermo is my favorite. The way an Italian deli in the states should be.

I love coming here! Especially when Jamie (the lil shorty with beautiful white long hair) is working filling those delicious cups of shredded parmesan cheese! He is just so nice and handsome! Great meats, sauces and my favorite Jamie Cheese! Come check this place out and say HI to Jamie!

Visited here to buy sub rolls and Italian sausage for the Memorial Day weekend. Purchased the pizza sausage, scotch ale, and a few others serving 16 people. Feedback was that the sausage was great. The store was super busy, but easy to find and plenty of parking. I’ll be back when in the area as the store was clean, well stocked, and staff was friendly.

A few things about this establishment: 1. They serve the best sub sandwiches in Rochester. I particularly love the Capo. 2. They make pistachio cannolis! 3. They have a superb meat market inside. 4. If there's a pasta you're craving to make, they most likely have it.

This is a down to earth mom and pop shop. Everything about it is wonderful.

This place has fresh hot food, fresh cheese, fresh meats and hot out of the oven bread! Every section of this store is phenomenal and much more than I was expecting.

This is also a local chain. Feels good to support local owners.

I had a very hard time choosing from of of their many sweet treats to enjoy as well. I wish we had a Rubino’s closer to where I live! This place is amazing and try to go every time I’m in Rochester.

I called to order $200 worth of food. I was told I needed to buy my own plates and utensils. I ordered a sub tray. No lettuce or tomato was included so I asked to purchase some. They do not sell it separately. Very rude and unprofessional.

Update:

Wegmans catering sub trays includes free plates and utensils AND lettuce and tomato. Crazy innovative practices! Also half the price! Mama Mia!
