I’ve made multiple attempts to connect with Brad W., Brian, and others —calls, emails, and even reaching out via multiple platforms. Despite repeated follow-ups and conversations with the receptionist, I’ve received no callback. The one time I was able to connect with Brad, he failed to follow through on what he said he would do.

This level of disregard and lack of professionalism is disappointing. If I were the CEO of this branch of Roha, I’d be seriously reevaluating the team representing the company. Missed opportunities and poor communication don’t reflect well on an organization that should pride itself on partnership and responsiveness.
