A family of renegade food vendors both giant and start ups. Clean with table space, multiple ovens, ranges, refrigerators and dish machines. Also close to cost co, Sam's and major highways. I've seen small companies turn into major food manufactures, food trucks add more trucks with more events, wood fire pizza ovens which are mobile and cook on site, public school lunch program, gluten free pasta distributer and on and on.

I recommend pursuing this location as a large scale food purveyor and manufacturer.

Horrible Customer Service. Have called for weeks, left messages. Have sent in a form entry and no reply as well. Im a coffee shop / bakery. Nothing unusual about it, zero communication for weeks.
