I had a perfectly cooked blue cheese burger tonight. My wife's chicken avocado was decent, but they served half a rotten avocado. The cooks should have noticed it was bad but sent it out anyway. I’m willing to give them another chance, but the cooks must pay better attention to detail. I gave them four stars; it could have easily been five stars.

Good food. Outstanding service. Crazy high prices. I had a plain Caesar Salad with no added meat. $12. Tasty. But the portion for the price was stingy. I mean, it’s romaine for Pete’s Sake. Why skimp? Photo attached. My wife had the classic hamburger. $16. Served medium. Small side of fries. Tasty but again, way over priced for the small bite that it was. All bread. Take a look at my photo. Our friends shared an order of fish and chips. Again, crazy over priced at $22. I don’t mind paying market price. But I expect value. There was no value here. That’s not a sustainable business model. Won’t be back.

Used to be THE place to go, now it’s falling apart before my eyes. Sad. No pride in appearance. High chairs, silverware, tables, and my God that dirty carpet! It’s literally designating, it’s completely greased over. So nasty and unacceptable. Put some effort into your restaurant! $20 salad and you can’t afford carpet?

This place doesnt lie!!! ROCK BOTTOM 100% Horrible!!! Microwave green beans with my chicken fried steak. Which is 4 Oz. Potatoes sour. GRAY powder. Eggs rolls disgusting all raw wrap... fries cold and not crisp in the center. All trash food! GROSS TRASH GARBAGE

Loved being able to taste the beers before ordering and the food was delicious! The Hawaiian pizza had great flavor and the Cajun fish tacos were great. Our waitress, Jenna, was super helpful and delightful.
A nice variety of beer for different tastes.

I haven't been to Rock Bottom in a year or two, and the last few times, the food and service have been awful. Tonight, the food was amazing (burger, chicken sandwich, and fish and chips), but Jayme was simply the best. She was the bartender and only waitress in the bar area, the restaurant side having a 20-30 min wait. She was a one woman tornado of cleaning tables, bringing fresh drinks, and taking/delivering orders. We didn't have to ask or wait for anything other than the food. The food was hot, crispy, fresh and flavorful. The beer was also amazing. I'd say they are definitely stepping up their game again, thankfully. It used to be our favorite place to eat and it looks like it just may be again. Good job Jayme!

Ate here with a party of 6. Server was polite and friendly. Overall the restaurant was clean and comfortable. The food was poor! One of us ordered a beer that was nothing but foam. Asked the server to change it and he charged us for it anyway! Bbq pulled pork sandwich was cold and fatty, took one bite and decided not to eat. 2 ordered burgers with some pink and both we dry and over cooked. Chicken tenders were dripping in oil from not being drained properly before being served. For $18 you get 4 Chicken Tenders with about 15 Fries! NO THANK YOU! We will not be returning or recommending this place. Hopefully they will do better or close down so a real restaurant can take this place.

We went here on a Saturday evening and expected a wait. They told us it would be 30 minutes and we could go wait outside in the grass where there was a band playing and beer sales for donations to Hawaii. They said they would come get us (strange they don't have text message notifications yet). We waited 45 minutes and nothing so we went back inside. They said they called us over and over and went to look for us but could not find us. We were right where they told us to wait and there were only like 4 other people there in the fenced off area. No one came to get us but they said luckily they still had a table. It then took 15 to 20 minutes for our server to come to our table and order drinks. It was another 45 minutes before we got our food. The server kept forgetting where to bring food or drinks and went to multiple other tables first before he remembered.... The food is okay but definitely not worth the wait or service.
