I see everyone routing for Pepsi vending because of the quality of service.I don't use either companies services but there's a pond on RV property I walk my 2 very well behaved dogs around and we wave to each other... there's a creek on Pepsi property that needed me and the dogs to not be around it so bad that after waving at some old white lady about 10 or so minutes later as I was heading towards my car to leave I was intercepted by a young brown gentleman who was summoned to relay her message declaring my unwelcomeness. He did this with reluctance and shame and that's totally uncool and crappy and not to mention a complete waste of man hours. I wonder how many other massively menial tasks this lady gets paid for to tell other people to do for her. Also I don't drink soda anymore but Pepsi is almost as bunk as bubba cola.

It's also worth stating that this company's food causes stomach issues. I can eat the exact same food from somewhere else and be fine. Since I stopped eating it, I've had remarkable improvements to my gut health.

Edit2: I can safely resend my comments about improvement as they will likely never be consistent. My review is staying 2 stars.

EDIT: It seems the quality has improved drastically since I made my review. I am pleasantly surprised. I can't give a full 5 stars just yet as there are still some issues. I'd like to not find debris on my cans or overpriced "lasagna rollups", but it is definitely better.

These people have no interest in satisfying their customers. They are hired by employers who don't personally use their service except maybe to buy a soda.
They take advantage of not being held to a standard and rip off everyone that buys from them. They obviously cut costs by substituting lesser quality ingredients and blame the economy. If it weren't for the fact that goods are constantly being found damaged/dirty/unsealed/expired/stale, I might believe them to some degree.

Price gouging just for starters, cuz they are our only option. I've personally gotten sick from their expired food, which is all too common occurrence. & Now a dozen people from Aisin light metals have been fired, as a direct result of their so called crack down at Aisin, most of which were just a refill out of the soda fountain. That's 12+ family's in the Marion area that are grately impacted by Robertson vendings cut throat tactics!!! Instead of reprimand, Roberson intentionally chose termination, out of pure geed, total lack of fairness, & compassion!!!

They have been the vending company at my job for 6 years. The price of the food is way too high for the quality and amount of food. I bought a chicken salad sandwich that (not exaggerating) had at most 1 level teaspoon of chicken salad. MR ROBERTSON......A BLT SHOULD HAVE BACON ON IT..... OTHERWISE IT'S A LETTUCE AND TOMATO SANDWICH. But they disguise it well by putting the little bit of meat in such a way that it looks like you're getting something.... until you open the sandwich..... then you are just disappointed and mad. Find a competitor and use them.

Always leaving expired items in the machine. Was told they would not remove expired items because they don't make any money here. That's because no one wants to eat expired food or soda.

For years at Aisin we have had overpriced, expired food in the vending machines. When the machines eat your money, there is a 50/50 chance the vending guy will reimburse you. After MANY complaints to management, NOTHING CHANGES.
