Super strickt about trailer requirements. They will make you close doors while their employee inside your trailer to see if there is any light come in thru anyplace of your trailer. I had a hair size crack between two floor boards, and they refused the trailer untill I went to the hardware store, bought some caulk, and caulk it. Even thou they put rice in water tight bags on pallets. Also, do not come in early. They are pretty strickt about your appointment. Took about 1.5 hours to get loaded once I got in the door. 2 stars because employees were friendly just follow strickt warehouse requirements.

Arrived 3.5 hours early worked me in .Git in door with in a hour so was in door 2.5 hours early .T hen thay whent right to work loading me . Nice people to work with. T.he lady in shipping was very nice and helpful ,Wouldn't bother me to go back again and had me loaded with in less than a hour

Went there to load. Even when my appointment said very clear 11:00, they want you to be one hour before your appointment. Other than that, the loading process was fast and smooth.

Awesome place showed up at 1 pm for 2 pm appointment. Worked me at 2pm n out at 3pm. Spoke with forklift driver n his goal is to get every driver in and out. Great guy. Don't know why all the negative comments. These guys were great

Always get me in and out fast even when I don't have appointment. They don't allow anyone in building have to call shipping number on door to check in.

Lazy people ,workflow ridiculous, appointments are strict even if there is no one they won't work until the appmnt ,drivers (lazy drivers)have 2 hrs window to arrive to appmnt , stay away from 10 to 1 if you don't have appmnt lunch 12 -1 at least eat before getting here , trlr better be clean , keep an eye on hos , dock was empty for almost 3 hours this a nightmare for money makers and a dream for lazy people .... they don't care bout saving your time and money period .

So I had an appointment at 1300,I'm parked at Road Ranger,I decided to call and ask what was the earliest I could go in. Whoever answer was as rude as you can find. I was told," we are getting your load ready,it takes time,we have to do a lot of paper work,you come at your appointment time"by the way it was 9am
