After a read the comments and heading to this location, I felt like I’m going to have a nightmare, but when I arrived the lady by the entrance she was so nice and the gentleman at the office was awesome as well. I got unloaded in 30 minutes.
Everyone has his own experience and my experience on this location was so great .

The office by door 66 and 67 and they have clean restroom

We had a delivery due at 3:00 a.m. we got there a little before and we were told to come back at 7:00 a.m. the male night security guard was extremely rude and unprofessional. The female security guard was extremely helpful and well mannered. Once we arrived at 7am we were placed on a dock and was unloaded within 25 mins. The secretary for shipping/receiving was amazing as well.

Worst place ever for deliveries. They don’t take drivers earlier than the appointment, and when I came back on time for the appointment they made me wait 5 hours for them to call me to give me a dock, once parked by the dock I’ll have to wait for 6 hours until night shift comes to move the staff that is in the dock that I was assigned to, because it is blocked and all the other docks are also blocked. It is unbelievable and ridiculous the situation here.

Showed up 30mins before my appointment as per my instructions. Told to go to the Loves and wait for a phone call. Now my appointment time was 10 am on 2/17 I got a call to come get unloaded at 12:30 on 2/18. Over 26 hours passed my appointment time!!!! This place ever comes across my dispatch again it will definitely be declined. Total disregard for the drivers time

Drivers you gonna see a lot of negative reviews but everyone got his own experience in this place. All of them talking about their experience not yours. Yes I was scared but mine wasn’t that bad. Appointment was at 23:59 pm on Sunday, checked in at 23:55 pm, straight up the guard send me to the office between door 66-67 , they gave me straight up door 73 ,checked out at 3:00 am. I gave them 4 starts because the security guard nock my door asking me to get my paperwork from the office and move with an angry way lol and there’s no overnight parking. Loves in located one mile away. Again remember that this my experience not yours and don’t don’t don’t be late. Y’all Be safe out there 🙏🏾.

The worst place you can deliver anything to them the waiting time between 16 hours to 24 hours I’ve been waiting from over 14 hours now and nobody called so I get back to them because they don’t allow you to stay in their facility and they said we cannot do anything for you. Someone will call you when your time is coming. And I called the broker and he cannot do anything the best thing he can do he can pay you a detention, but in this case you’re gonna lose a lot of money and time so try to avoid this location even if you have to stay at your home because it’s better.

Hello, good day
My appointment at this facility was 7am today, I got here and checked in at 12:23am. However, I met lots of trucks waiting to be unloaded, that was my red flag. I had to park outside the premises on the road shoulder and waiting to be call to dock, however, no call as I type this review.
At 8am this morning, I checked back at the guards house for updates, I was informed that it’s not within there control, since all information were passed to the receiving office.
I think I might be in for a long time considering the reviews online.
Unfortunately, there a load pickup for me by 1pm today, I do pray for quick response.
Truckers, please have a second thought before coming to this location.
I will be back to update this review when I am finally unloaded
On the count, I counted about 14 trucks outside the premises and about 12 trucks within the facility, making total of 26 trucks waiting to be unloaded.

checked in on friday at 5:56 am, they say that I have to wait for a call and they was called on sunday at 3 pm, and finally I was checked out at 8 pm on sunday;
no parking, no restrooms, and the person at the security checkpoint talk to you like he is the CEO of this company 🤦‍♀️ terrible staff;
be ready to spend 2-3 days here, especially if you coming on thursday or friday, your weekend will be in truck;
