Perfect place for a DYI guys. Really knowledgeable on the stuff they have (something that is harder and harder to find these days) even if all you have is a picture of the thing you’re looking for.

When our boiler needed replacing, Richard supply was able to guide us through the replacement process by helping consider different options available that fit within our budget. These guys were extremely helpful. They saved me from hiring a plumber. I wanted to descale my tankless system. One of the sevice valves was stuck in the closed position. Even after it turned, it wouldn't open. I removed the valve and brought it down to Richard Supply. They were able to open and add on a valve with a metal turn switch. It all worked and it saved me money and headaches. It cost me $21. They even included some pipe dope for the threads going back into the sytem. Thank you!

Richard Supply had exactly what I needed and the gentleman who greeted me knew just what I came in for when he saw a part for my pool I was holding in my hand. Very knowledgeable and so nice. This is our new place to go to for our pool plumbing needs.

I stopped by this useless supply house and of course they didn't have what I needed . I try to always shop local independent shops but after visiting Richard Supply in Mastic, NY I really understand why places like Home Depot or Liews is putting them out of business . The counter help has a no care attitude, guess I'm going to Home Depot!! They deserve 0 stars...
